Disgusting hotel. Very unhygienic and rundown. Definitely not 4 star hotel. Warning... check hotel out before paying. It's not like the pictures on their website I honestly advise to pay more and stay at other hotel. It's very dirty and unclean.

Worst hotel with a roof top restaurant

The hotel is very old and the lift is not well operated. The room service is poor. The receptionists were trying to allocate wrong ground floor rooms while they had empty second floor rooms which I actually reserved for. Restaurant is decorated with bamboo but the kitchen staffs are slow. The auto stand is very nearby on the road. The Kovalam beach is within 2.5 KM from the hotel.

The hotel is an average one. The staff is useless, didnt offer even a small service like and additional pillow or towel. The room has unwanted things like Bathtubs... It is far from the beach. The auto charges are around 100 Rs when we return from the beach. It is on the main road so there is traffic sound as well in the night. Better way is to take a hotel near the beach..

Stayed for 2 days in November.Room was good but hospitality was worst.they charge GST on MRP items as well and if you ask for room service then they charge GST on top of 10% room service charge. Day 1 receptionist said due to some issue hot water not available today.Next day another person said we do not serve hot water to any customer in rooms.Limited option in restuarant and outside also no good options Over all not at all satisfactory stay in this hotel. So think twice before making this hotel as point of stay

I had stayed in this hotel for one day with my family. I booked standard room, but management upgraded room to executive room. This hotel is not having much amenities, but It dosen't matters much for short stay. Its located at Kovalam Junction.Its not a big hotel. PROS:Clean spacious rooms, Courteous staff, Its having its own resturant on terrece. Resturant food was good in taste. Rate wise also food was ok.good species used. CONS:Bit away from beach(1-2 kms) No Kettle provided in room
