Stayed in Kamat Plus on 1st January, Basic rooms which are ok in terms of facility or luxuries,but there has to be definite improvement in cleanliness and hygiene factor.. Washrooms, bedspreads,floor etc needs to be clean. There is a restaurant in the ground floor again not upto the mark.. service,food all very average Given an alternative option I wouldn't stay in this property again.

Hotel Kamat Plus is a budget hotel at Ankola near Gokarna. The service is good and the Rooms are very specious. It is having ample parking space and good Veg & Non Veg restaurants. The front office Members especially Mr Manjunath is very helpful. Overall nice and good food experience. Over all recommended for family stay to visit Gokarna and enroute to Goa.

Very decent hotel for family stay.cleanly maintained. Atteched restaurant is also very very good. Specially kotteidli for breakfast and chicken winglet for lunch is best choice.Budget friendly .Overall very good.

Good choise if you travel by bus from Hampi to Gokarna

We stayed here only one night. Our Our plan was sleep here few hours between our travel from Hampi to Gokarna Om beach. Our bus drop us about at 04 am in the middle of nowhere and because we weren't sure where on Om beach we would like to stay, we needed just some safe and desent place to be few hours. For this purpose Kamat plus was excellent choise because of 24/7 open frontdesk and 12 pm chech out time. Room was big and bed was comfortable. Shower had strong power. Communication before our reservation could have been better, but even I didn't get any response to My messages staff were helpful and polite even we woke them up on the early hours at morning time.
