This hotel is so nice. The rooms are excellent and the pool is so nice. The staff are super helpful and friendly the restaurant manager RAKESH SINGH and waiter staff ROHIT,,LAXMAN the doorman DONGEL and the CHEFS RAJU & NEERAJ went above to make our meals perfect.

The accomodation for 2nights at JUST A SAJJANGARH RESORT UDAIPUR to celebrate wife's birthday was below average. The review is genuinely free from bias, based on my domestic and international travel experience, especially : free from all prejudice and favoritism. If management and owner is regularly read the reviews posted by accomodating guest, i request them to take this review as sincere AUDIT. HUGE ABSENCE OF HOSPITALITY. 1. Nobody came to take luggage from parking area to reception 2. Reception staff was very unwelcoming, dont even bother of greet guest with pleasing smile which make him comfortable. 3. No welcome drink was offered, even in this summer season who gives normal water bottle which was stocked in cupboard behind the reception area. (no matter what you offer to guests but it is important that it should refresh and reenergize them) 4. Check-in was smooth with room allotment but again reception incharge avoided her on-floor duty. its her duty to hand over guests to any attandent or bell boy who guide guests by taking their luggage to room, giving important information regarding resort facilities with important calling numbers etc. 5. The hotel has a low staff to room ratio. Service was bit slow. Even whenever you call house keeping staff their number remains constant engage. (Pehaps there was problem in phone line or intentionally kept it engaged) So we have to call reception first and then they pass on message to house keeping. 6. Breakfast dinner buffet was ok, almost items are were repeated throughout the stay. At one point i was extremely shocked when i saw plastic cup to take juice and paper bowl to take sambhar.(Though i had everything in glass crockery but still it looks ugly and clumsy) pictures attached for your reference. 7.Finally comes to checkout stage. Yes it was ok but it can be improved. I have booked it through go ibibo, where they have provided 20% discount on F&B which was given but for that reception staff (named mithu dont think it was right name given, not wearing name tag also) had to take several permission. Those are the daily routine process it should roll out immediately, by not keeping guest waiting. 8. Adding service charges to bill along with Gst.The CCPA stated in the guidelines that service charge shall not be collected from consumers by any other name and is optional and voluntary. “Service charge shall not be collected by adding it along with the food bill and levying GST on the total amount,” the guidelines said (FYI). I politely paid without any objection and excuse. 9. Last but not least again there was a scarcity of staff so i carried my luggage from room to car myself. It was reception duty to allot and manage in person for transferring luggage. In a nutshell property was awesome and the room decor was superb, kids play area was equipped with indoor games, swimming pool was ok, ambience of sabor restaurant was superb. Out door sitting was adequate. Most decorated part of property which is roof top restaurant and bar was kept closed. Most of staff was trainee except 4to5 people. Special mention for noble at sabor restaurant ( i think its a right name) was always welcoming with pleasing smile with all the guests. Covered parking which is adjacent to facade used by owner only. Overall it was godd stay in absence of hospitality and services The only reason why i mentioned above points is,they claimed that its a 5star resort. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Should be earned by serving highest hospitality and pampernes to guests. So those are the window points where the Management as well as Owner have to involve in it as they are more expertise about it. Hence, i end my review here.

we were there with a group of 10 family members and let me frank we did not get any vives of a 5 star hotel. There is no proper welcome and smiles were missing all the way from gate to reception .There were only person manning the reception .The rooms were good thanks to the upgrade. The swimming pool need more cleaning .The food was good but as usual the service with smile was missing . overall a good hotel but staff need more conditioning and training.

Travelled as part of a group of 28. We visited 10 hotels in various locations during the trip all good standard and a few truly superb. This hotel was OK but only after all of the issues were fixed. On the drive up to the hotel I thought “hmmm” as the location seemed to be in a fairly isolated area - the guy from the art gallery we visited one day who came to deliver purchases even commented that he found it difficult to find and he was a local! Every member of the tour group seemed to have issues with their room. One had the “lovely” surprise of a floater in the toilet. I was underwhelmed by my room when I first stepped in and thought “wellllll ok” but then the pinging messages of the Group WhatsApp started with people sharing issues. I then started to look very closely and it became very obvious that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly since last occupant… shower floor dirty, shower head appalling, room floor dirty, broken kettle and then I checked the bed … filthy pillows which should have been incinerated not shoved in a clean pillow case, a mattress protector absolutely covered in old yellowing and brown stains … I felt ill looking at it. I complained to management and tour guide and changed the room immediately. The manager seemed to have no answer as to why the bedding was filthy and the room not cleaned. My replacement room was much better - ie clean bedding and believe me I checked everything before accepting it. The Head of Housekeeping - very apologetic - was in the room along with the manager - who didn’t say much - and 3 staff who were fixing the issues I pointed out. Now yes they fixed the problems very quickly but they shouldn’t have had to have them pointed out - quite forcefully as I was absolutely furious at the basic lack of cleanliness of the first room - if you’re running a hotel and can’t get the basics right then don’t bother. I wasn’t being fussy I merely wanted a clean room ! No other hotel we stayed at needed prodding on cleaning. I see from the reviews the manager keeps talking about “staff training” - well the manager needs to go see a real 4/5 star hotel learn their procedure and the adequately supervise his staff.
