The grounds are very pretty and the pool is a good size. The first breakfast was a bit disorganised as they were catering for a wedding but after that the food was very good and the staff were very attentive and friendl especially Manorsa. The rooms are a little tired and the air con is noisy but they have all amenities

My wife and I, have visited a few hotels on our visit to India, upon arriving at justa resort. We was greeted by far the most welcoming of all the hotels. The kitchen and waiting on staff was truly the most helpful and accommodating, nothing was out of bounds. Sanjiv the f&b manager went out of his way to supply a drink that a fellow traveller,asked for, that wasn't available. The service staff Abhishek, Manohay and Junak, they were very attentive and always smiling, Abhishek especially, he was constantly checking how we was, If the food was ok, did we want more food or drink, he is a valuable asset to the team. 10/10 on every aspect of the hotel

My husband and I stayed at Justa Hotel and Spa in Udaipur for 2 nights the room was clean and tidy and fresh water was provided every day. The on site restaurant is very clean and cosy. Sanjiv F&B manager and his team members Abhishek Monohay and Junak were welcoming, very polite and attentive to all our needs. We were also asked what we would like to eat the next day. Food was fabulous and there wad always a variety of dishes to choose from.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, Rekha made sure my room and laundry were taken care of daily. All in all an excellent mid budget hotel experience. The bed was comfy, the a/c and fan worked well to keep the May heat at bay. Breakfast was good as well.
