It is my second time stayed with my family at Justa Nathdwara; It is as good as it was earlier 2 years ago; Great Hospitality and peace of landscape; And one of my best ever Chef Dauji Singh served a awesome food..! There is no change in taste of food wich i have earlier! Jay shree Krishna

Overall service by the staff was good. However they seem understaffed. Also it seemed that some employees were not willing to listen to their supervisors. On just our arrival I overheard their staff member cussing the other one on the phone in the presence of our family and kids. Vikramsingh was very eager to help but there were not many ways he could. Positives: Specious rooms Verandahs in room Large bathrooms Good food Good attitude by staff Negatives: AC did not work. Even after getting it cleaned it wasn't working efficiently. I agree with Mr. Nahar in reviews. The swimming pool was dirty. I believe it is never maintained or cleaned. Half of our family members fell ill the next day with fever. No hot water. Again agree with Mr. Nahar. Lizards in bathrooms. Drapes in bad condition. Carpets are dirty and torn. There was only one person helping with luggage on our arrival. So we had to help him. However they rectify this when we were leaving. Most of the reviews are weird usernames with only 1 contribution. So I think they are misleading. I am going to send this to Justa sr mgmt as I don't believe that it is worthwhile for the money we have to spend.

Horrible stay..! Horrible staff..! All thanks to the staff and Jussta Group for one of the most awful moments. We were three couples including three child aged below three years were celebrating the fifth anniversary of our friend and moreover we were on leisure together after good three years but all thanks to a group like Jussta who has not only spoiled the trip but also made us think that why we have booked this property including all meals... Just Ridiculous... We checked in at around 7pm, and upon check in since it is summer we asked for some drink thrice and after waiting for 15minutes it was served.. That drink was fully loaded with sugar and water.. nothing can be so worst.. After that we checked in our rooms where all the verandah were slippery as it was full of water.. our kids slipped many times but none of staff was bothered.. Upon check in room was into very bad shape and moreover it was having very bad smell that anyone could vomit.. I am sorry but this is the fact.. the bathroom were too horrible, pot was not clean and even the tiles were in a bad shape.. when complained they did spray and when asked for room change they denied.. upon taking shower no hot water and when asked they said it is on demand and will start boiler which will take 20mins... Do u think it's a joke or what.. After that we went for dinner and asked for some roti but the staff denied completely. We said we require for kids and upon hard request with Fnb manager he finally gave us three chapatis.. isn't this is wow.. definitely not.. After eating the food, I can say that it was too spicy and due to which we couldn't even had a good sleep... The AC was not working fine and the fan was creating too noise.. Thak harke hum so Gaye bas.... In morning when we didn't saw in comb and toothpaste, we asked and the staff said it is on demand and then they finally delivered after two calls with one reminder.. after good 30min.. even Domino's Pizza are much faster than this.. Finally we all went for breakfast... Where I asked fnb manager that what about the surprise as we were celebrating fifth anniversary as there was no decoration no cake nothing even when I told him to charge upon.. he said he has forgotten and will arrange small halwa with some dryfruits.. thank you manager sahab.. After that we thought to go to pool, but if you see the pool even our house toilet pots have clean water than that of pool.... Thank you Jussta you saved us from infection... After that we went into rooms and asked for some water so called at reception but the reception was guy that arrogant that I have never ever seen a person like him who said we provide only 4 small water bottles during stay and rest are chargeable.. arey guys Pani pilana to dharam hain.. ek tarat to aap keh rahe ho this place is non alcoholic and purely veg based on ideology of God and you are saying that you won't provide us the water bottles before we pay you.. I HAVE TRAVELLED TO MANY PLACES HAVE SEEN MANY PEOPLE BUT NEVER SEEN SUCH A PERSON WHO SHOULD NOT BE EVEN CALLED AS PERSON... Attitude, arrogant, rude and even shouting on us... U cannot say no for water to anyone... Never.. never.. After that we went for check out where no one even asked for stay and moreover they didn't even greet us and our child.... WORST staff worst hospitality even Dharamshala are far better than this hotel rooms and even OYO can be recommended but not this hotel... GUYS PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH YOUR FAMILY ELSE YOU WILL REGRET THE STAY JUST LIKE US...
