Staying at the luxury hotel was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the impeccable service and elegant ambiance set the tone for a memorable visit. Breakfast was good with all different cuisine. The dinner at Paatra’s was delicious. The staff’s attention to detail and warm hospitality made me feel truly pampered. My complaint is that the The rooms needed to be cleaned thoroughly. Underneath the beds it was very dusty. It also needs to be mopped properly. Rooms need to be renovated as well.

The stay was good. The staff were friendly. The hotel itself was cleaned and modern facilities. We had a relaxing time after the hospital stay. Sachin was the best lobby manager. Only the AC was a huge problem. We complained, they tied to fix it but still it didn't work. The buffet wasn't great. Very expensive. You need to find better option.
