I am disappointed with my experience in IKON. Morning breakfast Choice was poor. The Supervisor was just standing there. The Staff were lukewarm in their response. Housekeeping is not that good our bed-sheet had stained sheets when we checked. Car parking is a nightmare Restaurant in the ground floor is notoriously manned by the staff I will never come back

The food and the hospitality was absolutely great and great service , even the ambience is top notch , everyone treated us with kindness and service was great , All food items were absolutely delicious and I would love to visit with my friends and my family again We stayed in executive & suite room which was sparkling clean . Never had such yummy vegetarian food which made my day ! Thanks to Mr. Augustin . Will recommend this hotel to all my friends and colleagues

The stay was very nice and rooms are beautifully done up with top of the line amenities in the room provided for the value of money charged. Indian meal, specially South India Cuisine are excellent. Total Veg Hotel, which is the best part. Coming to the service, House keeping staff very polite and kept our room very neat and clean. But the disappointment comes when we had invited a friend for Breakfast and the treatment given by the team was extremely rude, specially from JEEVAN, who felt we were outsiders and there is no entry beyond 1000hrs. We did enter the restaurant at about 0950 and we had guest who is extremely close to your Chairman and he spoken to the Chairman's office also on the same. It was a insult that we faced from the Restaurant manager, we are now closed and no orders will be taken beyond 1000hrs. It was rude and he mentioned the kitchen is closed. We did mention to him due to rain and traffic there was a delay for our guest reaching the hotel and also the parking problem faced. Second is the extreme rude behavior of your front office staff named DURGA and we been in hospitality industry, cannot except such behavior. Rest the hotel staff are good and to mention the lady inlobby area who maintains the cleanness of both the lobby and Toilet areas, always busy with her work and ever so smiling and obliging. One of the best hotel in Coimbatore..located in busy market area makes ur shopping and other interests easier to access. Customers get option to dine in both luxury fine dine and traditional southindian quick bites..the rooms are spacious new and Mordern..Kudos to the entire team in managing the property and emphasising on customer satisfaction..Like to mention the GM Nijo Augustine and team for amazing work..Kudos guys..All the best…

Wonderful comfortable hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, very comfortable and quiet and safe. We needed an extra bed as we traveled with our daughter and so many hotel did not seem to have an option for a shared separate room. We have been delighted with our stay. They have the most responsive housekeeping I have EVER experienced. They have responded within 10 minutes of every request! Amazing! The included breakfast was delicious. Our friends were concerned to would not be continental enough, but there was cereal, toast, fruit and yogurt besides the changing Indian offerings. We enjoyed the variation so it was not the same thing every day. Even the fresh juice offerings changed daily which was also a welcome surprise every morning. As this was our first trip to India, I was nervous, but this hotel made me feel so safe and comfortable, we had a wonderful stay. The Kove restaurant on site had exceptional vegetarian fine dining.
