Cho at the front desk was extremely friendly he helped us get a taxi to the airport. The hotel can get loud at night, but the front desk provides earplugs, which unfortunately did not help much. Will come back here again but hopefully it won't be as loud at night.

Terrible WIFI and elevator breaks every two days

The old hotel, the elevator broke twice in a few days, the room's wardrobe opened hard. A meager Breakfast with paper cups and plastic spoons behind which you need to stand in line. Very slow Internet.

Our anniversary homebase

We visited Chicago for our ten year anniversary and the Hyatt was the perfect home base for us. Just a few blocks from the red line and the mag mile we loved how easy it was to walk to our favorite spots! The only reason for the decrease in sleep quality is because you are right next to the fire station so there’s that noise but honestly you hear the city and sirens anywhere you stay!

Solid hotel downtown with a fair walking distance to the pier and attractions north of the river. Breakfast was good, rooms and general areas were clean, staff was helpful and in good supply. Definitely would come back next time I'm in Chicago!

The staff went above and beyond, the room was excellent. Parking was a little stiff on price, otherwise a decent value.
