Plus point personally for us was, this property is pet friendly. All nearby places were equi-distant from here, making it very convenient. Has a very nice market at a walking distance. Staff is very helpful. Will definitely visit again.

We booked a stay at the Hyatt Centric to celebrate our 14th anniversary, and it was fantastic. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent, and we loved the pool. The kids had a great time in the activity area and enjoyed the bathtub in the room. Although we arrived before check-in time since we were only five minutes away from another property, there was a delay in checking in. The staff made up for it by providing us with a small, delicious celebration cake. The mango festival cuisine was a delightful addition to our celebration, with highlights including the mango croissant and special mango-flavored cocktails. The macaroons at breakfast were the perfect finishing touch. We savored the waffles, Nutella pancakes, and Goan ross omelette. The room featured a large window, but we wished it had a balcony to better enjoy the pool view from above, particularly during the summer rains.

Went as a family for 3 day trip, and brief of our stay at Hyatt Centric was nothing great... a. Location - Bang in the candolim market, its accessible but at the same time be ready for loads of traffic. Even the entrance to hotel is like a forgotten lane, with no signage on road - you are bound to miss it in the night b. Room - Comparable to ibis - small and cramped. We were supposedly upgraded to pool view room, wherein 1/2 the view was of a wall, 1/4 of some other room balcony, 1/4 a tiny window to swimming pool below. Looked more like downgrade than upgrade to me. c. Food - Pathetic breakfast buffet, and overall ala-carte food. Breakfast buffet is very limited, please dont expect a good range - its mostly indian. Seating is limited, so beyond 9 am, be ready for huge crowd, 10-15 min wait and random service during breakfast. Considering the crowd, even service goes down the hill - once went for breakfast at 9.30 am, and they wanted me to sit outside in a humid & hot weather with no fan (forget air or water cooler) - made a U turn and straight to room. d. Service & Cleanliness - Its a saving grace, in tandem with Hyatt standards worldwide In summary, if you are travelling for business - its a good choice. If you are on a holiday with family, there are way better accomodations in Goa

It was a relaxed 4 night stay at the property. Our room was spotless with a spectacular view of the lush coconut trees and mango trees. The pool is of a great size with depths catering to expert swimmers as well as a kiddy pool. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and the restaurant 'Grok' had some really tantalizing dishes to offer. Shout out to the amazing staff, Norah from the reception | Sadashib, Riddesh & Akhilesh from housekeeping | Sana, Luv, Prajwal from the restaurant and Kishor the chef. All in all this is a great hotel at the center of North Goa with various other options for shopping, dining and partying in its close proximity
