very helpful staff especially Savoen at reception he help me with my luggages and take care me when I'm waiting the taxi. the hotel provided snack and fruit for free at the lobby, love the snacks and fruits provided at the lobby. The room very small but it's okay if you're solo traveler.

Great stay. Weekend with my kid . The room was clean and comfortable however it was on the ground floor,street level, and the blind was fixed always down , so no view at all . The open bar during the afternoon always full and breakfast as well . There is a corner with some toys and books for kids , very useful . Staff very kind .

Traveling from USA, with 2 kids, we stayed in the Family room, which is essentially 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms. This was great! The hotel is clean, welcoming, with amazing front desk service. Rooms were clean, a bit dated in some spots, but that's normal in hotels within older buildings, and still hotel is nicely maintained. The breakfast was OK and the snack bar during the day was a nice touch. Minibar with water/soda included was very handy. The best thing about this hotel is location and service. We walked a lot, but the train station is just 2 min walk if you want. The front desk provided great service... recommendations on transportation, restaurants, general interaction, and just felt welcomed. Would definitely stay again next time.

Nice hotel near Montmartre. Lots of transport nearby. Rooms are clean and have a free minibar. The staff is very friendly. Great coffee in the lobby. We are a couple with a baby, the hotel offered a cot and room accessible by elevator. Next to the hotel there are also lots of bakeries and cheap restaurants.

Absolutely lovely hotel! Was originally meant to stay at a different hotel but our airline carrier moved us. The hotel was very accommodating, emailed them a picture of a gorgeous room that I had seen asking if I could possibly have something similar and they actually put us in that room! Bed was extremely comfy! Bathroom was very lovely and had a lovely powerful shower! We had a complimentary non alcoholic mini bar in our room which got restocked daily! And loved how we also got a 2pm-2am free snack bar in the hotel by the reception desk! Staff was so lovely! There was a lovely gent on the desk that checked us in and out was so helpful and chatty! And also loved that with your key card holder you could also pop into the other hotels and use the amenities there too! Will most definitely book a Astotel hotel again on our next trip in Paris !
