Very Good Property near to Central Mussoorie. hospitality is very nice , happy to stay here , Location of hotel near to Mall Road , staff is very nice to us & room service is very good , Morning breakfast is very healthy & awesome, over all I recommend this property is future. 😊👍

Perfect family hotel near to mall road with parking facility . The in-house cafe is not expensive Although based on Mussoorie hotel the room.rent is on higher side. The place was quite with se music in evening . Also has a kids play area but make sure to stay with kids as monkey are there

1. Great location of the hotel. 2. Service is top notch. 3. Property is a bit old but there are plenty of activities if coming with kids. 4. The food is also very good and hygienic 5. Valley view rooms available and plenty of natural light coming to the rooms

Toiletries were missing. Had to call and ask for towels, toilet roll, bathroom slipper. Bathroom was small and smelly with dirty curtain. Room started smelling of cigarette for which the hotel sent a staff member to spray freshener. Dirty pillow cases. Breakfast options were limited but good overall. All in all, the only advantage was that it was hardly a min or 2 walking distance from Mall Road.

Average experience. Room service is good. Room charge is very high compared to the service offered. Morning breakfast is good. Staff is polite. Booking done for Hill view room but, alloted room had no view. Bedding is also average. Dirty cutlery in room service.
