I had quite a few hotels in the city. This is definitely one of my top 3. Everything was simple Wonderful. 1. The staff was very kind and friendly big smile The quality of the room (I stayed in the suite). 2. Very comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. 3 I was really surprised that the gym is not typical of a hotel in general it is much smaller. It A big one considering the hotel industry ... but I have 2 things that I think need to be improved. 1. If I have no mistake in the bathroom, the towels are quite small, it's kind of for hands and face, but not big enough for the whole body, which should be for a 4* hotel. 2. The breakfast lacked 3 products in my opinion - fresh vegetables / toast / more options of cheese

Beautiful hotel with really warm and friendly staff. The breakfasts and evening meals were fantastic, and felt very much at home here. The menu is very vegan and vegetarian friendly, but there are also fish and meat options too Will definitely stay there again on our next trip back to Vienna !

We stayed a few nights, here are our thoughts: Pros: The hotel is in a good location. Just 3 mins walking distance to the metro, close to the shopping street and museums. When we arrived, we were offered a free glass of wine with some snacks, which was a nice gesture. The room was clean and comfortable. The toiletries (shampoo, shower gel & body lotion) smelt and felt luxurious. Breakfast is really great, the selection is not too big, however the quality is there. Personally, I loved it! There is also freshly squeezed orange juice and sparkling wine. The atmosphere in the dining area is amazing. Lots of plants and thoughtful decorations, with a fountain and bird noises running in the background. Staff is always friendly and polite. There is an outside seating area which is cozy. The hotel offers a gym, which looks sophisticated and a sauna. I tried out the sauna, it’s simple but met expectations and was pleasant. There is a private changing room and a shower too. Cons: The biggest problem for us, was how much we could hear through the walls & ceiling of our room. We could hear water running, people talking, the footsteps above us and even the TV of others. Sometimes we woke up with someone shutting a door, it would shake the whole room. One night I even had to wear earplugs. Service at breakfast is good depending on the waiter. Some are efficient but others are very very slow. We once had to get up to look for a waiter, to ask for a coffee. Breakfast has little fruit available, there was only orange and grapefruit. The hotel does not offer hair conditioner and when I asked at reception for some, they unfortunately couldn’t help me out (even though they sell some in their shop). Lastly it was a pity that sugar was served in lots of tiny packets instead of a jar, for example. It’s a detail the hotel could consider since they are trying to be as green as possible. :)

Excellent location for hitting the Christmas markets and museums. Just out the hotel back door was the smaller Spittelberggasse(?) market that ended up being our favorite. Reception staff were beyond expectations as we had several things pop up that they smoothly handled. The on-site bar came in handy, but beware that the bar and restaurant are closed Sunday and Monday evenings. Rooms were fine- plenty of room, quiet, easy to get in and out. We were there ten days and would absolutely stay there again.
