I stayed at this hotel with my husband for one night and the time I entered the Hotel for checkin, the horrible service start by itself. The hotel Front desk staff Ritik didnt even wished us. One of my husband friend suggested not to do prior booking and told to book at the counter itself. The rate offered me for 01 room was Rs3000/- we requested Mr. Ritik front dest representative to charge atleast Rs2700/- but he was so rude that he told he cannot go against the hotel policy. And we booked the room for Rs3000/- WITH NO BREAKFAST, NO WIFI. He further told we have to check out at around 12noon. We were given the back side of the hotel room where only old hut was visible, The bedsheet was in torn and shabby condition. and we immediately changed the room and took the front side of the hotel room. The changed room was beautiful but even having balcony we cannot enter the balcony because there were bars put. I asked the reason for putting the bars and the hotel staff told many years ago thieves had entered and some of the guest had lost their stuff. So for security purpose the bars was put in the balcony. We didn't even enjoy the view. After seeing the menu card we decided to eat outside. The rates are too high. NO HOT WATER AVAILABLE. My Husband Birthday trip was full of mess. NO PROPER MANAGEMENT. NO MEET AND GREET. NO WELCOME DRINK SERVICE. CARELESS ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF. CUPBOARD LOCK BROKEN. I would not suggest any guest ever to go to this hotel . WORST SERVICE EVER.........

We enjoed a lot at this hotel. Staff was very co-operative. Room service was also good. We stayed there for 01 night. From 25.07 2019 to 26.07.2019. Over all very nice stay. Location is perfecate near to market. Many restaurants are also nearby.

Best thing about the Hotel, its situated near bus stop, Railway station and its really nearby the Market. The Swimming pool needs to be Clean, no Hygiene the floor near swimming pools has become Slippery... needs a lot of Maintenance. the view is awesome from Swimming pool. the rooms are Spacious, but it has some kind of Odour which makes a bad Impression. there should some room freshener in the room. overall an average stay.which can be improvised

First of all, this is my one of the favourite hotel in Lonavala. There are a number of USP's of this hotel: 1. It is located at the centre of the city. 2. Walkable distance from Lonavala Railway Station. 3. Main market is very nearby. Now talking about rooms, they have very nice, spacious and clean rooms. Service is quite appreciable. Love the Ghobi parathas of this hotel. Lot of amenities too like swimming pool, carrom,etc. They even provide carrom in your room if you ask. Overall a very good hotel in Lonavala.

I have stayed two days in this hotel, all my mood in the trip is ruined after seeing the room, since it was peak time and all other hotel rooms were filled I had to stay back, thry charged me 5500 Rs during peak season for 1 day(online booking) my perception is even 1000 Rs is too high for the rooms. I just posted the pictures of the room I stayed. If anyone planning to go here my suggestion please opt for some other hotel to enjoy the visit to lonawala.
