Nice hotel, very close to the Taj Mahal. The room was clean and the staff very polite and competent. I appreciated the restaurant on the rooftop as well as the traditional food. They also arrange tour guides and transfers to the station/Delhi Airport. I really suggest to book this hotel.

This hotel is a gem! 5 stars! I would gladly stay here again and again and recommend it to all of my friends. What makes this hotel above and beyond almost any I have stayed at in all of my travels is the customer service and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They go above and beyond to make you happy and to make sure your entire trip and stay go as well as possible. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Taj Mahal. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area within walking distance and it is a short ride to the busier markets and areas of the city. I appreciated the relative quiet of this neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of other parts of Agra. The rooms with double bed were clean and a nicely sized for one or two travelers. All of the staff was as friendly as can be and incredibly helpful and attentive, but there are a few that went above and beyond the call of duty. When my train ticket fell through the day before my departure (I was on the waiting list), Gogi at the reception desk spent a long time searching online to find me one available seat on a day when every seat seemed to be booked on all trains to New Delhi. He saved me through his determination to find me a seat and he really cared. Sikander who works in all of the restaurants in the hotel is one of the most friendly and attentive hosts I have encountered. He is always taking care and paying attention to make sure every meal experience is as good as can be and to your satisfaction. As a steady patron of the hotel restaurants (the food is excellent), I appreciated that Sikander went out if his way to make every meal noteable. I also appreciated the complimentary dessert with dinner on my last night. One more example of the care the staff and Sikander shows for all guests. Danish at the front desk was also incredible, full of information and tips on Agra, activities and transportation. He was really helpful booking activities and transportation, but even when I decided to make transportation arrangements outside the hotel there was no pressure to book with him and he still provided me with all the information, guidance and advice I needed. I would highly recommend this hotel and I thank all of the amazing staff! I hope to stay with you again in the future.

Very good hospitality. The stay is walking distance from Taj Mahal and has a great view of Taj from the terrace. They had a great candle light dinner on rooftop with live music. The rooms were clean and tidy. Overall a great experience and highly recommended stay.

Good value and helpful staff. Danish helped me out with organising Tour Guide for Taj visit and even mustered up a toothbrush on request. Had a lovely Shahi Paneer and garlic naan in the restaurant before leaving. Props to Bantu for his service.

Value for money hotel! Clean rooms with swimming pool on the roof and roof restaurant with Indian live music. The personnel was very friendly. The hotel is located near Taj Mahal in a pedestrian main road leading to rhe East Gate of the entrance to Taj Mahal
