Clean and polite service by Ms Rupsha .very well disciplined in her work.very appreciable Always smiling face..she is an asset to swosti grnd.Housekeeping service is an excellent with just one call and they are ready to provide me each and everything. Hotel is also very good ....food quality good but it's little bit expensive.. specially thanks for food service staff pabitra and dipu they are very helpful.. Thank you all and best of luck..

If you need a great space to work while on a business trip even a little luxury, I feel The swosti grand is a great place for me ..The room provisions are well thought out and room neat and clean always food is nice...the staff are very friendly and helpful specially ms Rupsha from the housekeeping department...

Rupsha from housekeeping staff is very efficient and cooperative. Room cleaning is very neat and clean. Food is good but expensive. Overall hotel ambience is super. Gagan and Damu are also good staffs. Excellent stay overall...........
