The positive: - very comfortable rooms (bed, bathroom, ac, size) - fantastic breakfast with something for everyone - in front of a tram and the beach (although you need to walk some 1-2km to be the part where you can get in) To improve: - The gym needs more care. There is no cleaning liquids to wipe between people and the air is a bit dense. It is a nice gym for a hotel, it is a shame not to take more care of it

Checked into hotel. Paid in advance. On checkin were told rates had gone up and had to pay 140eur more with no apology. We had no warning in advance. The only thing we could negotiate was 1 day free breakfast!!! Unacceptable not happy about lack of warning

My wife and I stayed here for four nights at the end of April. Reading other reviews in advance of our stay we were a little apprehensive but we needn't have been. Our flight times meant we arrived before our room was ready, but we were able to store our belongings in the luggage room, head to the nearby shopping complex then have a glass of wine in the hotel bar (€4 a glass, so reasonably priced). The room was a decent size, with a few nice details (including a good dressing table and mirror), and complimentary products (razor, toothpaste, etc). We didn't experience and issue with the cleaners, the bed was made daily however the tea and coffee were not re-stocked; if that's a problem you could restock from the sachets of tea and coffee available at breakfast and there's a fridge to store milk. We wandered up to roof-top pool just to take a look, but as the pool isn't heated we have it a miss. We did though use the spa one morning, which was €15 per person. We enjoyed the location, just outside the city centre but the metro was only a few minutes walk away. Reception provided us with a public transport map, advice on tickets and we then used it daily. The beach is also close by, and on one occasion - when the weather was suitable - walked along the sea front to Port Vell and Rambla de Mar, which was around 2 miles and a lovely walk. Overall, a nice hotel, nice relaxed bar, good breakfast, in a convenient location

Was a lovely nice modern clean hotel, room was great with amazing space. Staff were all lovely as well. Only problem was that the water in shower was not very hot, it was put to max heat and only felt lukewarm so beware. But overall really nice hotel!

Overall the staff were very helpful.Our heating blew out cool air so the room was quiet cold.There was no extra pillows or blankets or bath robes. Good location though.Not worth the money that was paid for the hotel.The pool upstairs was not clean on the 17th floor.
