The staff member that did the check-in was rather hostile : obliged us to fill forms with around 20 fields, took picture of us and even fingerprints ! Others staff members were OK. The room was simple but large, quiet and looked clean. We had no problem with water. The room price was too high (booked on booking), better call and bargain. Food was average. If you have to stay in mehsana and you get a good price, then it's not a bad option.

At no time did we feel comfortable with this hotel. Having checked in very late in the day .... early evening we decided to give it a go, although we did not realise what we were up against until we were checked in and in our room This was a cold welcome and cold responses from staff throughout the stay We are really concerned about the check-in. felt like we were having our identity compromised. Once we had handed over our passports they were scanned but not handed back ..... we had a separate photo taken fro a desk-cam ..... and then fingerprinted! After some discussion and out of our depth we agreed, although even through our guide/translator we could get no explanation. The passports, although previously scanned were not handed back, we were told they would come to our later???? Now for the room .... no towels .... no water .... no soap etc, only one dirty sheet ..... dirty mattress ... and a doubtful blanket. Our guide had to work hard to convince these guys to fix the problems. It was not until we went out for an evening meal did we get our passports back we got towels .... two clean sheets .... and the water fixed There were no tea or coffee facilities one light in the room would not turn off ... I had to dismanle it to remove the lamp the tv wiring caught fire .... no tv as a consequence and the smell of burnt wiring all night did not sleep well on the hard bed and noise. Our guide was given public space beside our room for sleepingbut had no access to bathroom or wash facilities the city was dirty, heavily polluted and noisy

The room itself is clean but the beds and pillows are uncomfortable, the windows are dirty and no safety deposit box in the room. But bathroom was generally clean but the bath tub was a bit grimey and the hot water was really on and off, more off! There is also a lot of noise from the street as it’s situated on a main road.

Hello Friends, Stayed in this property from 28/6/2017 to 01/07/2017, we where here for cousins marriage.. so don't know the rates the rooms were booked as stay was arranged for us, so as the title suggest `oasis` it is great hotel specially in small town city, once you go in the rooms you forget that you are in small town called Mehsana, rooms are well maintained and plenty of living space rooms are very big I stayed in room No. 105 on fourth floor, and now the worst part no water in rooms they say that rooms have 24 hour water supply but in my case.. living here for 3 days was hell water goes out when you in bathroom and being we were 4 adults and 1 kid we had to ask for water at least 2 times for morning .. when you need the most., don't know the real problem but when inquired with one of the friendly staff he uttered out that they close main water valve every 1 hour due to guest leaving water taps open in previous occasions ... for that their mentality had changed to close main valve every hour, we even had to request for water late at night around 1 a.m., due to marriage rituals we reached the hotel late.. we had to request them for water as we need to use the washroom, other then that no other problem floor staff was excellent, manager was always confused, and no parking options if prior to you 2 cars had parked no luck for you...yes only 2 cars can park in basement., would love to visit this hotel if they fix water problem, what's the use of an good water tubs bathrooms and HD Channels with curve Television Sets without water, yes you read it right Then have local brand HD Curved Television Sets in those rooms on fourth floor...
