Looking at several options in budget hotels then "Hotel Safari Asia" should be your first choice. The reason why this place is good because it is located nearby all the famous points around ratnagiri, secondly it is also located in the city so in case you want to go out and laze around the city during evening time its possible. The staff is good and friendly they help us in case of any possible guidance. Rooms were big and clean during our stay. There is no lift so i would recommend that there should be some facility of lift so that its comfortable for old age tourists. The food of the restaurant is very good. Especially the sea food if you love sea food, the rest of the cuisine in non-veg section also tasted good. Do not expect much out of a budget hotel you have to see whether it justifies the price or no. I would say yes. Because along with quality the staff of the hotel was also good. Cheers. !!

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Clean rooms & toilets. Staff were very helpful. Owner gives personal attention to guests. Homestay quite pleasant .would recommend to stay in this hotel.

The rooms are dirty, towels provided are not clean and the plates in which they do their room service is all yellowish in colour- extremely unhygienic place- please avoid this place. The complimentary breakfast served is also pathetic- and its “limited” in quantity and options. Food is also of the worst quality. They just spoilt my stay.
