Overall experience is good Staff is polite and humble always ready to help, very supportive. Food quality is good Location is at vesu near VR mall and near by street food, restaurants available at walking distance, reliance market is 100 meter from property. Over all very good experience for my 8day stay.

3rd class hotel. Privacy is invaded by staff at 4.00AM in morning. All night staff is in some type of drug. Owner is also fraud, he told us for refund due to this security issue but refused after 2 days. Highly not recommned for family as well as couples. Not worth for even single star rating.

Very nice hospitality, staff is cooperative and helpful, nice room and view.. Very safe place to stay with family, food is very tasty Newly renovated, all assets working, manager sir is so kind help me to visit sites and shoping, they book vehicle for me, overall nice experience, love to visit again

Review after staying for 18days in royal rituals surat and my experience was very pleasent. With great service by team, staff was very friendly and helpful they helped me to hire two wheeler on rent also to rent a home here in vesu road surat. Decent budget family hotel at vesu road.

It is situated in vesu which is a bit remote area. The rooms are ok types with no basic facilities like hangers and the cleanliness was also ok. The food service is available for lunch dinner and breakfast but it' was also ok types. The housekeeping staff is extremely slow with their services and this is what is not so good about the services here. Our room was on 2nd floor and the view is quiet ok. It was a business trip and we were 2 ladies with a kid so overall experience was ok. Not recommended hotel if you're looking for a luxurious hotel
