Paid a premium as City was sold out but service delivery pathetic. Untrained staff & total confusion at front desk except the front office manager Restaurant service was pathetic too but when I complained the same front office manager name starts with K came & helped again

Nice property... But very badly maintained. One star extra for buffet which was the only cheerful part... Room was dirty, windows were dirty, curtains were not clean and worst part linens were also dirty and old. And above all.. way too costly....

Surprised to see the Hotel management completely ignorant to Covid. None of the staff was wearing Mask, not even in Restaurant. However Room service staff was an exception. The manager was so arrogant that inspite of reminding him twice to wear mask, he did not put the mask on. (Photo attached) I hope same attitude must have been followed in rooms management and was not sure that rooms were sanitised. Otherwise hotel was good, neat and clean, room were spacious, staff (except Manager) was courteous). We did not have any meal in hotel except tea, so no comment on good quality. WATCH OUT

I called up this hotel directly to book room hoping they will provide better rooms than online booking but I was wrong. Bathroom had water logging issue, towels were old dirty, kettle was leaking. We had to call every now and then staff to fix one or other issue. Better rooms were available but they provided us worst room instead. Management should fire the front desk guy who was working on 15th Jan evening. The person who came in morning on 16th Jan told me that sir how did someone gave this room for the price of ₹4500? You are supposed to be in better room. We knew this room had issue. I won’t visit or recommend this hotel to anyone unless you have no option. Staffs were courteous and helpful, not much of an option for breakfast. And yes everything out here is chargeable even dal khichadi for kids less than 4 years.

Very bad experience in this hotel, service is very poor no body wants to listen at all, take more than half hour to supply one water bottle after changing Rs 53/ Bottle. Service in restaurant is also very poor.
