I have stayed in this hotel twice when i have visited Om Banna.. Initially when the place was new, they had clean rooms and great cleanliness. In my recent visit it was something different. There was used soap in the barthroom. Also, the toilets were not washed since how long God knows!.. We had ordered inroom food and although we ordered Daal Makhni he bought us Daal tadka with lots of butter in it claiming that this is what daal Makhni is.... My huband had to confront the manager about this guy, When he finally agreed to his mistake. Its a waste of place/opportunity if they don't improve the quality.
