My family and me visited R. R. Heritage Resort in last week of November 2023. We truly had a great experience and would definitely visit this resort again. The quality of rooms, the ambience in the resort, the staff and the food was really outstanding. And the best part was the pleasant weather at this time of the year. All these factors made our trip truly memorable! Overall, I would rate the resort and our experience 9/10.

The resort is worst. The staff has zero sense of how to manage things and it's a total chaos. Please avoid this resort all they can do is lie about things to earn money and fool people. The swimming is just like some stale sewage water drain.

Stayed for 2 nights during December 2022. Location is good and resort is close to the market and most of the usual tourist points. This is a pure veg hotel. Food quality is amazing and staff was more than happy to cater to our specific asks during dinner. The restaurant in itself is very beautifully designed. We loved the breakfast spread on both days. It was not a very grand spread but just right no. of items and each dish was delicious and we had a sumptuous meal. Instead of randomly putting breakfast items only to showcase several choices, they have focussed on limited but good spread. They did not have bread in breakfast which i think is positive as bread would be easiest item to fill appetite. (May be they are providing on request) We had booked 2 types of rooms, standard and superior without gallery. Standard room have limited space to move around and one should probably go for superior preferably. The rooms were clean and furnishing has been nicely done. Hot water was available all the time. Property is relatively new which is a plus point. There are no mountain or valley views from this resort. The campus is however very beautifully done and you can easily spend your day sitting outside in the sun amongst trees. They dont provide driver accomodation but there is a nearby hotel named Kedar where driver was able to find a decent room. Staff is polite and helpful and service prompt. Overall, i would recommend the resort if you are travelling with family or children, preference is pure vegetarian and good quality food and a peaceful stay amongst lots of trees. They have checkout time as 9 AM which i think is bit too early given one would be on vacation. Though they were supportive and were not chasing to check out.

Let me give a detailed real review. At first look i was very impressed by online reviews & photos of this property. We were a group of 4 couple with kids. Checkin 11/6/22 Check out 12/6/22. Room nos. 302,303,304 (Together) 305(Backside) We had booked 3 rooms (Deluxe category) directly at hotel in coversation with Mrs. Priyanka & Mr. Mayur on 6th June. On 7th June morning 11:49 I called Mr. Mayur for additional 1 more room, which was unavailable in same category so I agreed for a Standard category which he confirmed. At evening 18:30 around he called me saying Sorry its not available as there is some electric issue(he was lying). Later after much discussion he said on online platform booking.com 2 rooms are reserved so its mistake. Finally to our luck we got a room throught makemytrip.com in same Deluxe category at night, which i informed him at 22:37 so that he can note it & reserve our additional room too. ( PHOTO ATTACHED) At checkin to our shock we got 3 rooms together & 1 room on backside, inspite that they could have reserved 4 th room together with the 3 rooms. We all were with kids so its always pleasurable to stay nearby with our group & enjoy. Afterall that is why we go for holidays in group. The owner Jabbarsinghji too was available at the moment but he swiftly went away as he knew trouble was coming. He is just a sweet talking guy with no solutions hiding his face. Till 1 hour we requested them at the time of Checkin. All Mrs. Priyanka said was sorry. Additional to this we got to know our 3 rooms were comparatively bigger in size of the room given on the backside. For this I complained Mr. Mayur & called in my room for which he said will come again & let me know in 15minutes what could be done. He did'nt turn up. Later we called for a baby cot in room to which when I asked what happen u did'nt reply? And that time there was his hospitality, "Sir, I told you its not available" and simply just walked away on my face. This was the worst behaviour I had seen at any hotel. The swimming pool was dirty with tree leaves & dust as if its was not cleaned & filtered since few days. We requested & got it cleaned after arrival. We were not informed Restaurant timing at arrival. We reached restaurant at 15:30 as we decided to have dip in pool as per kids demand. Ultimately we had to rush outside at the end moment as kids were super hungry. If we had known then we could have planned & reached earlier. For Dinner we decided to order in-room dining for which we called & confirmed around 20:30 to which they said till 22:00 last order can be done. Our wives called the restaurant & asked for few items to which one by one they kept on saying Sorry, not available. Chinese - Not avilable , Cheese Chillly toast Not available, as if they wanted to trouble us. They asked bhaiya what would be available then ? Mr. Bhagwan & 1 more person replied Mam some "Pakoda - Pakodi will be available " thats it. This showed their hospitality behaviour. Finally we guys went there & met MR.BALU as he was some responsible guy at restaurant. He was just one single genuine person we met at the WHOLE PROPERTY. He made our dinner & next morning Breakfast pleasurable. THANKS TO THIS GUY. Kids Play Area: It is just nearby the kitchen backside area, Not maintained at all. With long leaves & grass all over. ( PHOTO ATTACHED ) Rooms: Rooms are nice & resort view is good thats it.

We visited this month 2 days inthis resort One of the best property place to stay at Mahabaleshwar. It was new property well maintained. Rooms are neat & cleaned. It was pleasant atmosphere. Helpful staff & management. Food is delicious. Mr.Purohit is great helpful nature smiling. Thank u for amazing experience & excellent service,hoping to be back again 👍
