The Hotel was perfect for a short stay. The location is a bit out of the way but the bus stop is a 5 minute walk and takes you directly into the center of Rome. Bus 716 or 715 is the bus you need. The colosseum is a 10/15 min walk from the last bus stop so it is ideal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was 5 Euro per person (such fantastic value) although fairly basic the breakfast consisted of toast, pastries, yoghurt, tin fruit, ham, cheese and preserves, cereal. It was fresh and warm and the bonus of unlimited hot drinks and juice. The bed was super comfy. The bathroom is small but it does not matter, it has a hair dryer, fresh towels, daily maid service, TV, Air con/heating and safe. The room is very clean. My only complaint was it is quite noisy, the bar next door can be open until late so if your a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend this property but if your not bothered then its fine. We felt safe in the area and there are some nice little cafes and a burger king right outside the hotel. It isn't a very pretty area but it was perfect for a budget break. Overall I would recommend this Hotel. Thank you!

I stayed for 5 days at this hotel. This is a good hotel for first trip to Rome. All I did was see the main attractions in Rome. Left early in the morning and came back in the evening. Breakfast was ok could have had more variety. The hotel was good value for money, clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good.

The hotel is located in walking distance from Pyramide Metro and Ostiense railway station (different buildings!). We had a relatively clean room - except for one night where half our floor was suddenly creeping with ants when we came home late, and the hotel was so full, that we could not be given a different room, but only a spray, which worked, but was probably not healthy to sleep in afterwards. The room was cleaned the next day, but it did not seem unusual, so nothing but an excuse was given even though it ruined our sleep that night. The hotel seems to be popular with groups of young kids, which also did not help for our sleep. The rooms are not terribly sound-isolated. We stayed several days, but only at our request, we got more toiletries and toilet paper(!) The breakfast is only until 9.30 and is in the rather boring basement. As there was only toast bread and ham, and a yogurt machine in addition to the sweet cakes, we did not bother to have more than one breakfast. The coffee was made by a machine but was okay. The location is not bad, even though it is outside the Centro Storico. Bus line 23 goes directly from the hotel to the Vatican with stops along the Tiber, and the metro is 400 m away, so quite accessible. The bathroom in our double room was quite small. A large person would have problems sitting on the WC. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided as well. There was no elevator, and this is important to know if you are not used to climb the stairs. There are at least 3 floors. Had the service been a bit more active and not reactive, we would come back, but it is not a place on top of our list.

We stayed at this nice hotel for 2 nights. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was not so big but clean and with fridge. The bathroom has a nice shower. The breakfast was simple with very good fresh pastries. The hotel is 5 min on foot to Ostiense station where you can take the direct train to Fiumicino airport or 10 min to metro station Piramide. It`s really good value for money. Finally we had good dinners in the hotel restaurant where we ate traditional Roman dishes. From starter to dessert everything was fresh and delicious. We will sure come back next time.

We stayed for three nights early November and although not a bad hotel for the money I’d never consider visiting again. The good points are that the housekeeping is very good with the room being cleaned and towels refreshed daily so overall the hotel is fairly clean and tidy. The beds aren’t the most comfortable though and the pillows are wafer thin. The room we stayed in had air conditioning but it wasn’t working leaving us with no other choice than having to open the window as the rooms get quite stuffy. This causes a massive problem with noise as the hotel is quite near a busy junction and during the day the car horns are going virtually non stop. This often goes on late into the evening too. Also the noise of shouting in the street outside is quite bad with the local drinking establishments. This goes on nearly all night. The whole area is filthy and the buildings opposite are covered in graffiti. The hotel is located in an awful area and on every evening that we ventured out there would be groups of shady looking characters either stood in the hotel doorway or sat on people’s cars parked outside. These people make it quite uncomfortable to walk past, especially as they are looking you up and down and blatantly ogling my wife like they’ve never seen a woman before. I’m not easily intimidated but the hotels location and the characters loitering outside made me extremely uncomfortable. To be quite honest, after the first evening we were considering cutting our losses and leaving early purely so we could feel safe and get some sleep. I’d seriously recommend considering this hotel very carefully if you like to feel safe as you walk down the street and you enjoy a good nights sleep. If you like both of these things then don’t stay here.
