We stayed at Hotel Outlook on 26th and 27th March 2024. The view from the hotel is mesmerising, snow capped mountains.My mother, a senior citizen had a health issue and the manager Mr Manzoor drove us to the hospital in the middle of the night,in freezing cold and stayed with us through the treatment,took utmost care of her. Mr Manzoor is a gem of a person, a thorough gentleman. A big thank you for everything Manzoor!

This is a nice hotel, no doubt about it! clean and Hygiene room. The staff are extremely professional and couldn’t be more helpful (special shout out to Hashim, Arbaz, Sarfaraz ,Altaf and Aman). Location is center point of pahelgram. All round a lovely stay with great breakfast and dinner. Food is awesome and tasty. We stayed here for 2 nights. Inbuilt heater and hot water supply are given more comfortable in the winter season. I will come back again.. Outside the hotel have pony ride facilities which help to book for ride..quick check out and check in process give extra mileage...

Shady Hotel with unprofessional staff

Worst experience for a 3 star stay. The hotel was booked for us by the travel agency - Kashmir Holiday Travels. We stayed here for 2 nights during the last week of December 2023 and the hotel fails to fulfil very basic requirements. The staff doesn't make any effort to resolve any issue and simply blames the hotel management. The Restaurant is quite excellent and doesn't leave any stone unturned for foodies. Rooms: The Hotel management didn't put any effort to make the rooms on check-in. The issues we found during our stay are as follows: - Dirty floor. No mopping was done prior. One can see the footprints of previous guests very clearly - Electricity issues. The moment you need the heater to be turned ON, there will be no electricity. Generator is present but doesn't work when it needs to. - Dirty and Yellow Water. We literally had to skip bath due to this. The hotel staff doesn't have any clue on why the water was yellow. - Toilet Flush Issue. The flush was not working properly and we had to fill and pour in the buckets to flush. - Dirty Bed. We literally had to pull out human hairs from the bed. After all these issues, the hotel staff still had the audacity to ask for "Tip/Baksheesh". They said there were issues related to hotel management and not due to them. I was STUNNED. Restaurant: Food served here was extremely good. The restaurant staff were very helpful. The restaurant staff prepared us a hot sweet dish within 10 minutes on our demand. My suggestion is to stay AWAY from this hotel if you are getting room at any price greater than Rs. 1500. Anything more than that and you will REGRET your decision. You will do better if you book cheap LODGE present in the vicinity. I wonder why this hotel is highly rated despite the poor hygiene, unprofessional behaviour of the staff. Any rating greater than 2 looks fake or paid. This highlights the collusion of travel agency and hotel management to SCAM innocent people by providing sub standard services after getting paid decent sum of money.

We checked in during december month. Hospitality is good . Room services are fine and response was quick. Good hotel in srinagar.Good to go with family in srinagar.very near to dal lake and 20 mins away from airport.

The hotel is spotless, around 1.8km from main market which is good thing and its heated beds come in handy when it gets too cold. Everyone is nice, but I really want to thank "Mr. Manzur." He helped me celebrate my wife's birthday by setting up decorations. She was taken aback by the decorations she saw, which Mr. Manzur helped arrange all the stuffs. Food quality is also good.
