The hotel is hardly 30 minutes walking distance from Mall road of darjiling. The room quality is not up to the mark. I got deluxe room but rooms are very small and not maintained properly. The walls were cracked. Windows were broken. The storage given is of shabby class. This hotel is located right on the road and they don't have basic one car parking.while getting down from car, it invite traffic jam. Only good thing about this hotel is food quality.... Nothing else

The staff are very accommodating and warm, and location is perfect - it's a 10 min walk from the mall but is high enough to have a stunning outlook that places on the mall don't see. We actually had some medical issues during our stay here that prolonged our trip, and the team were so understanding and flexible, helping us keep our room on level 6 as long as possible (we recommend this room, best view!). Delicious breakfasts too

Had a very good experience. Swanpnamoy and Awanisha were particularly cordial, warm & welcoming. They attended to all my query with outmost patience and entertained my family with all our needs. Kudos to these people. Time well spent.

Excellent ambience and clean stay. Near to the city market. Staff is really friendly. Especially Shailesh was very friendly and Manager Naveen is too kind. Would definitely recommend this place in Darjeeling.
