Please its a request dont stay in that hotel its a fraud they wrote something in confirmation slip but they dont provide that, the room heater is not working the rooms are damp. Its a fraud hotel the behaviour of the manager is very rude & i had to leave the hotel before 2 days of my departure, when i booked the hotel they told me that if i leave the hotel before departure they will adjust my room tariff on my convenience on cab from darjeeling to njp but they denied at the time of check out. Its a 3rd class hotel to stay please dont tell anyone to stay on that hotel. All the people are fraud specially the owner & the manager.

The hotel is quite good when compared with the price. Bed Rooms and bathrooms are big and clean. I booked two budget rooms but they upgraded it to Standard Rooms at no cost. Their hospitality is very very good. All basic amenities like Geyser, food etc are available. The quality of food was good at very reasonable price. Travel desk is also very helpful and arrange everything for sight seeing. Above all, it is located very near to the Mall Chaurasta. Following can be improved: 1) Housekeeping facility: We stayed 2 nights but they didn't clean the room on day to day basis. 2) Linen may be changed on daily basis. Overall, this hotel is a good economic family hotel and I will definitely book it again for the next time.

The hotel is nice when we entread the room was smelly after sometime no smell nothing washroom are not much better but the hotel manger was so good he is a verry nice persone the hotel is good the geezear are not much better but its hotel is nice we have to eate outside no restaurants inside the hotel and there all prople and staff are so nice

All rooms are dirty ,smelly and poorly maintained. Damp wall, broken window glasses is what you will get. Bathroom is unlearned and dirty.TV didn’t work in our room and when we pointed out this to the hotel stuff they just didn't care about this Overall a very bad experience. Guys don’t stay in this hotel.This is probably the worst hotel in Darjeeling.

Stayed there for a day. Very budget friendly, and decent place. We had a nice comfortable bed, hot water and all necessary amenities. No luxury. Staff were friendly and co-operative. Would recommend this place.
