Worst experience ever. Completely non professional. Worst staff... Behaving like goons. The staff /management are cheaters. Booked two room on 21.07.2018 with complimentary breakfast(they confirmed that while booking and the same is even displayed on the board of their frontdesk) but in the morning when approached the restaurant they upfrontly denied and misbehaved They are cheaters and also they misbehave if you ask them not to do so . They are charging Rs 45 for a water bottle which carries MRP of Rs 20 in the name of GST.I never knew that GST is charged over MRP, that too @ 225%.

This hotel boasts off being the best hotel in firozabad city. Happened to visit this january. Kept going around the city to locate it. Finally found it under a flyover. U will find rooms upto 4000 a night on various websites for this hotel but trust me , u will regret having spent even 400 on this. Small rooms ( i think 20 in total), almost non existent and rude room service. I would suggest u stay in some good property at Agra and can reach this city for your business chores in 40 mins by road. But always give 10 thoughts before u book this hotel. Literally nothing in this hotel.

Stayed for a night on 8th Nov 2017. Neat and clean, courteous staff. Good sized room with a balcony, fridge, TV and attached toilet. Room service is prompt. Nice restaurant. Food veg/nonveg, well made. Keeping in view the small town in Uttar Pradesh, this is the best one can expect. Front rooms are noisy as the hotel is situated right on a highway. The hotel should have a dormitory for drivers.
