Not a good Experience at this Hotel

I reserved a Room in this Hotel from 9th March 2024 to 20th March 2024 and Paid my Room rent for 1 day as advised by the Manager of the Hotel. As soon as I checked-in at the Hotel, they demanded the Payment for extra for 1 More Night saying that their accounts department wanted the Payment urgently. This annoyed me as usually all Hotels demand 1 Night advance Payment and take the Next days Payment on check-out only. This Hotel does not have a Car Park and the Car has to be left in the Road Only. Rooms are good with Geyser and Air conditioner is working. No Restaurants, but there are service boys to get Food from outside.

Pls don't go.wasted money .very bad experience the staff behaviour very bad .The receptionist lady will start blaa bllaa in the morning itself.i changed my room from the to other place because of the un tidiness.Any body wanna stay in kumbakonam go for beekay or diamond or PLA

Ideally located in a calm but commercial place where the famous temples of Lord Adhikumbheswarar and Lord Sarrangapani , and other temples are situated. We stayed in a Deluxe room on 3rd floor. Spacious with wardrobe and a clean restroom. Complimentary Bottled drinking water (1 number) of local brand, tasting little saltish, is provided daily. No kettle or toiletry is given. But room needs make over as walls and curtains are shabby and dirty. Staff are courteous and helping type. Unfortunately, no good eatery is found in this busy part of town.

Very good accommodation they provide. Neat rooms and washrooms. Feel cleanly sanitized. Very important thing is my stay room is fully ventilated. it will helpful to receive clean air. Especially staffs behavior is good. Happy to stay there.

We visited Kumbakonam in October 2020 to offer prayers at Temples. We stayed at the Metro. Our experience was very good. The room was neat and clean. The bath was clean as well with exhaust fan. The AC unit was effective and quiet. Check in and Check out was smooth. They offer 24 hour checkout. A few suggestions (1) need one more charging point / socket in the room. There are only two points one of which is obscured by the wall TV leaving only one for use. (2) The water pressure in the bathroom shower as well as hand-hose attached to WC was low, this was a bit difficult to manage. (3) The Hotel had blocked temple websites on their WiFi which made gathering information about Temples difficult, we did not raise it with them. Nothing serious, overall we had a very comfortable stay. Special thanks to the Staff. Srinivasan Chennai.
