booked this hotel through oyo for 1 night 18th march to 19th march, booking id XOZJ5738 at the time of check in i was asked by the manager how much money i have paid for the booking i tell him i paid 932 rupees for delux room only packege, he said he will not allow me to check in to room in this price, he said we have fix rate of 2500 for delux rooms, i ask then why you show lower rates on oyo, he said i can't help you more, contact oyo for your issues, i am very much sure they have given that room to someone else in higher price as they have only 2 delux rooms in their hotel that's why he denied me to check in some how oyo did shift my booking to another hotel but that hotel was bit off location so i kindly request to all fellow travelers never book this hotel at any cost because you will never know if you will be allow to check in or not

One of the things I noticed across Sikkim was that many of the hotels which have upto 4-5 floors do not have lifts...and Kava was one of them. First, they gave us a room which was next to the main kitchen and our room was completely filled with the aroma from the kitchen and all kinds of weird sounds as well. When we explained this to the reception, they quickly changed are room further up to the 5th floor. The electrical connection to the 5th floor seemed to have some fault and we spent better part of the night and morning without power. Everytime we complained they rectified and within 10-15 mins, we were back to the same. The hotel is located stone's throw from the Central Park which is the heart of the city center. We had a lovely walk there and gazed at people walking around the place. There is bar on the 3rd floor which seemed to be popular with the local youngsters and we spent some very nice time there with the music and dance. The food was average.

An average room.Though it was spick and span but the room didn't have enough light so seemed to be a bit dingy. Best location I would say as its located in the heart of Namchi.You can easily get cabs as Taxi stand is at a walkable distance. The food was fresh and good.
