I would want to mention below reasons why one should never plan your stay at JP Ditto hotel. The reasons are as below - 1. Unclean, smelly, unclean and dirty equipments, stained cups and glasses., spotted towels, disgusting sight of water dripping over a patchy disgusting landing just facing our verandah on the side. 2. Receptionist was uncooperative. The employees are after money.

Worst Hotel I New Digha . Still staying over there in the Suite. Which costs Rs. 8288/ Day .The Management is TOO Worse . They're Everything . You have no voice over them. Charged Rs. 6000/ Pax for 31st Night but the Event Management only listens to the Management as they have the only Rights to choose the Songs & can Dance on stage. Never Ever Book It For New Year Eve. The Management Have Some Pet Guests Whom They Only Look After. The House Keeping Is Too Poor. 48 Hours Passed But My Room Is Still Unclean .Though I Booked the Highest Tarrif Room in the Hotel With Out any Discount . Think before you Book.

Comfortable and convenient stay nearest to Digha Beach and the beachside market. Staffs are professional and cordial, ready to support special needs like we required for our 4 months old baby. Indoor swimming pool is the best attraction for children and adult alike. Decent food too!

Instead of saying several times no welcome drinks served.. balconies are ful of dust ana never cleaned i think..the staffs are not professional..they don't care abt cleaning up the room and balcony..food served was very poor..we ordered steam rice and chicken curry of which the rice was stinking and not at all fresh..ac doesn't work properly.. overall very very bad experience..

My Stay was Below Average, The Reception Staff doesn't have proper Etiquette. Hotel is Expensive Compared to counter-parts, Nothing Special about this Hotel Just a Swimming pool even which is Not Up to the mark because of it's Limited Availability. They Should Start Treating Customers as Hotels are supposed to it's like they put a group of bullies at front desk who're constantly putting up schemes to extort money from you.
