The service is too bad, infact I was with big family tour 19 people, no geyser service available, very bad behaviour. Infact as we check out after lunch, so they want us charge for using bathrooms, infact rudely behaved and told that they will block our luggage.

It is a very worst experience. Position of hotel is nice bt maintenance are very poor. Kitchen, room, dinning all are very dirty. It is a very bad hotel from my point of view. They have only one staff for all guest and he was all time drunken.So their service also very poor....

The experience is very poor. The rooms are not at all clean. The behavior of the Manager is very rude. The service is very bad.Hotel has only one staff, who does everything from room cleanliness to cooking.DRINKING WATER NOT SUPPLIED. Hot water not available all time.....

It is a very bad hotel don't ever chose this hotel...your entire holiday mood will be spoiled...bad rooms...bad smells in the room...poor room service...it was horrible stay at lava...the toilet was just dirty..don't go there.

The entire hotel is understaffed. And as a result, lack of cleanliness can be seen almost in all corners of the hotel. The whole hotel stinks . The floor carpets bear testimony to this unclean and unhygienic condition.
