Need AC in rooms. Food needs to improve in taste. Otherwise service is good and staff is polite. They even packed breakfast for us early in the morning on request. View is awesome. Good for couples as well as family and bachelor's. Hotel is clean.

Hi friends I am really proud to expose the DLS highland properties to the public and the fellow customers I had my booking at DLS highland Mussoorie for two nights ...I had imagined DLS was an esteemed group in service industry .But thats all just for saying The road to the resort is 60° inclinded slope ,the staff their assumes that the normal people who have stayed in the resort , should do this trek and come to the property ..The road is such bad that I fell two times with my 3 yr old son and had major injuries on my back and leg and at the same time at stray dogs attacked me ..even after that the watchman at the property is least bothered to help .Not even a single street light on the road. They say that tempo traveller comes inside but it’s all fake their own car has issues for getting up and down. When I raised this issue with management they are like ham night shift mei hai jisne aapko commitment diya hai usko aap log baaat karo ...In such a big resort I had to wait for 30 mins before the FIRST AID kit arrived .. excuses made for the delay we have only one kit that also guest have taken and gone 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I didn’t get the medical kit too…. I and my family had such a serious trauma from these incidents and the ppl they are so noncooperative they say that these things are common and happen here. After all this the GM and his fellow staff fought with me and were about to choke me to death,the concerned staff who did this took the help of GM nd ran away from the scene and till now no calls from the company or nowhere. I am really and deeply disappointed in the level of things happening at the property and the management thinks it's all a joke.

All good. This hotel is having a good spa, outside dining deck and a good restaurant. Menu is also good with a number of dishes. Kiran & lokesh from Front office desk received us very well. Housekeeping Jagpal Singh responded timely for all our requesta. Especially loved the breakfast with southindian varities also. The washrooms require a little bit of maintenance.
