We had a Horrifying experience when the entire Bathroom got Filled with water as the drain was blocked because of which the bathroom was flooded. We called the reception and asked them to immediately send someone After making numerous calls and waiting for a very long time the plumber came but he immediately left as he had forgotten his tool and we had to wait for another 20mins for him to come back We lost a lot of time In the entire process We put a few towels on the bathroom floor as it was getting flooded and water was coming into the room We went and asked the house keeping for extra towels but she was really rude and denied giving extra towels saying there are no towels Where as there were so many towels We have never dealt with this kind of behavior from staff who deny towels for no fault of us We came down to the reception and gave a complaint and requested a call back from the manager as the manager was not available but we dint receive any call back from anyone so far It was our last day in Milan where we lost time dealing with this Horrifying experience (imagine we had a flight to catch) we would have definitely missed it. We were on a holiday which ended so bad My family and me are really disturbed with the whole thing And they replied back to my mail which i sent saying flooded room is not a bad experience 😅😅😅😅😅 Their staff came immediately which is a lie They took an hour easily Plus they don't give extra towels to save environment 😅😅😅😅 So flooded room saves environment aswel ??? The Staff is really rude They just want to make money Don't care about what the customers go through Attaching the copy of the mail with their rude reply and photos of bathroom Please don't stay Terrible

Excellent location good breakfast. One problem the bath is very difficult for getting in and out I wouldn’t recommend it for people with mobility problems. There is no facility to make tea and coffee. Staff were very friendly and nice. In particular breakfast team.

Nice and comfortable City hotel Just facing the central train station (on the other side of the street). Offers excellent value for money for 1-2 night stay when visiting Milano and travelling by train. The hotel is very clean and the staff is nice.

This hotel is not 4 Stars. Firstly and most importantly the staff! Reception was beyond awful. Especially the blond lady with the short hair. Talking Italian with each other and looking at the guests like they hate them. They do, but can you not just do your job?! As a manager in hospitality myself, everything I saw at that reception desk, was unbelievable. They seriously need a lot of education!! Now the cleaning of the rooms..please just remove all these dirt from the toilet. Like seriously !?? They need a lot of work . The only good thing is the location!

Id like to start by saying the only positive on this hotel is the location, firstly we arrived in the room which was extremely hot, we asked for the air connto be put on or if we could have a fan and was told the air con was broke by one member of staff. During our first night my family did not sleep the maximum we got was 3 hours due to the heat, we went down in the middle of the night to be told the heating has to be on all day and night due to it being “winter”, when infact it was 27degrees outside. The shower in the room did not work, we asked if we could move room and was told “there is nothing we can do” we had to use the small hand held shower. Went down to the bar in the evening and waited around ten minutes for a staff member to serve us, approached the reception staff to ask if their is any staff working on the bar to be told “I am unsure let me just check”. I was then waiting a further 20minutes. The staff member who was then working on the bar came to me and was extremely lovely, the only nice member of staff I had experienced when staying in this hotel, he was working delivering all the room service as well as having to serve on the bar on his OWN. I definitely do not recommended staying in this hotel, the staff are not one bit helpful they make up excuses as to why things don’t work and I think this is because they are unsure themselves.
