Very friendly staff. Bathroom was fine, good shower, spacious. Location was great, a 150 meter walk takes you to cozy terraces and several supermarkets. You are close to different metro stations and lines. Air conditioning in the room and the windows can be opened (do bring earplugs). Safe to put your things in. There is an elevator. The beds were much too hard for us. Passages and corridors are small, chairs in the room are made of plastic and not really comfortable to sit in. Lift is very hot and does not run mechanically smoothly.

The location is excellent, the staff are really helpful and kind, the breakfast is good and the bed is comfortable.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. The room was clean, though quite small - and we were told we'd been upgraded when we arrived so I can only imagine our original booking was for a cupboard! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and overall it was pretty good value for money. Other than the size of the room, the only other minor thing to consider is that the stairs are very narrow and quite steep. There is a lift but this was slow and a bit temperamental. For a weekend break, given that we didn't actually spend a lot of time in the hotel it was perfect.

In a lovely area, too. Always nice when a hotel is so responsive. I asked for a quiet room in advance and they made sure I was at the back, for instance. I'd happily stay again.
