The superior rooms, exemplified by Room 305, are generously spacious and meticulously maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are impeccably clean, contributing to the overall sense of hygiene and well-being. Guests will appreciate the effective heating system, which includes a central heater and electric blanket, ensuring warmth even on chilly Kashmir nights. Food was very good, they had multiple veg dishes and 1 non-veg dish in dinner. In breakfast they had eggs, upma, sandwich etc. Rooms are of small size, but was enough for us as we were three(2 adults+1 child). Washrooms were neat and clean. The hotel had electrically heated blanket which helped us to stay warm when it was 3 degrees in Pahalgam. It is in main city, so you get everything nearby. Pahalgam taxi stand is very near. All in all a good experience. Mr. Taufiq helped us in all aspects during our stay. A special thanks to him.

This hotel is about 2 km from the main market area. The rooms are small and not very well maintained. This hotel was under renovation when we stayed here for 2 nights in the 1st week of April. There was dust everywhere and there was constant sound of renovation work from 10.30 am to 9.30 pm. It was not a pleasant stay. Also hot water is available in bathrooms only for 2 hrs in the morning and evening. The buffet was very avg and limited variety. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Also to add to all this the staff was also not at all courteous.

Stayed there for 2 days with the family for 20 people. 1. View & Location is terrible. 2. Hot water availability is only 4 hours in the morning. 3. No Cleanliness in bathroom, Water pressure is very low. 4. Gave only 1 bath towel for family for 2 adults and 2 kids. When we asked for 1 more, they denied. 5. Didn't change Bath Towels for next day, asked us to use previous days semi-wet towel, since their laundry guy has not come. Gave us new towels only on raising complaint with agent. 5. Didn't give us complementary water bottles. 6. Breakfast: Bread-Butter or Bread-Jam with Tea/Coffee. Don't expect much in food.

Very poor.no lobby.No waiting or sitting area.No parking. Staff not ready to serve you. Never cleaned the floors. After fighting we got new sheets. I had to clean the bathroom before use. Hotwater not available in some rooms
