The hotel has an excellent location in Example, with the Passeig de Gracia station around the corner. The room was comfortable and with blackout curtains for a great sleep. There is a jamon bar attached to the hotel, but no other lounge or common area, so it’s not very social. It seems to cater to large organized tour groups who would often fill the lobby and elevators. The people in the room next door were constantly blasting music and yelling, and the walls are thin, so it was quite unpleasant.

No AIR CONDITIONER although it is listed as an amenity. I inquired at the front desk because the room was hot, they offered a fan! Really?! On a 4 star hotel?! Nothing was done to follow up. We decided to open the windows but it was very noisy as our rooms view was street view.

This hotel is in a great location for exploring Barcelona. It’s much better inside than it looks in the outside. The rooms and bathrooms were quite spacious and clean. There was a fridge but no tea or coffee facilities. Breakfast was good with a good assortment and reception staff were very helpful. Very close to Casa Batllo .

Location top in the heart of the Example , the most beautiful, elegant and central part of Barcelona , with an amazing Surprise by the hotel: I told by email the reason of our staying, and i asked to reserve us the best they can, and they reserve us the biggest apartment with one jacuzzi bathroom, at the same price of normal reservation

It was my first time there i was happy with the hotel specially the breakfast . They only concern they don’t put tissues and slippers in the room. The location was perfect , the staff can be little nicer and welcoming location was the best thing
