The hotel looks beautiful from outside but from inside it is lacking quality. The rooms are not very clean and it seems very little maintenance has been done since this hotel opened. I’m sure when it first opened it might have been a 3 star or close to a 4 star hotel but due to lack of proper maintenance I think it is more like a 1-2 star. The staff is friendly and nice but inexperienced in the hotel service industry. They can use some proper guidance and training. The towels have stains on them. The bed sheets have stains on them. The furniture has seen quite a bit of use. The rooms can use a fresh coat of paint. We had to look at 3 different rooms to pick the one that seemed better than others but still not that great. No elevator service despite 5 floors. The food was good in the restaurant which was the best part. This hotel has lot of potential to do well if it were maintained to international hospitality standards with a trained staff.

We are staying with our family trip we booked 6 rooms on 26 to 28 December . Nice room on valley view , clean , spacious, multicusin restaurant, mr. Shakti singh ( may be Director ) nice person and made special for our family trip to arrange Jungle safari and adventure tour, evening arrange on terrace Dinner with bonfire. Thanks mr. Singh . We are really enjoying. Will back soon .

We are staying with our family trip we booked 9 rooms with all meals , the food was tasty, and social of rajasthani curry , gatta ,made by Mr. Papau ji chef , large space ies rooms clean , , special thanks to mr. Shakti Singh ( operation manager ) make our special for our kids and arrange side sceen fort , Village tour , fish point , and one night arrange rajasthani cultural program and second day DJ night , thanks lot mr. Singh . Really we are enjoy our trip . Will come back soon .

Extremely Unsafe and Unprofessional Hotel

I would like to share my experience at Elet Prima hotel in Kumbalgadh from 18 to 20 Dec, 2021. Overall, it was a very bad experience at the hotel. Booking was done 2 months in advance, however there was confusion at the time of check-in as only 2 rooms were reserved instead of 3. Our room accommodation lacked basic facilities like hot water in the bathroom. Apart from this, one of the rooms had a faulty lock, the toilet seat was broken and the exhaust fans of the washroom also did not work. Another issue was a failure in handling a large group. It was really bad behavior, continuous loud and foul language, quarrel in the evening, breaking some items, some were fully drunk. The hotel manager could not control the crowd, total chaos, and mismanagement. There were no safety protocols – none of them were wearing masks. To make matters worse, the group coordinator yelled and banged our doors in the morning when they were checking out. They did not have basic courtesy or having any room list for their guests. When I brought this issue to the hotel management, the Head of Operations (Mr. Aaditya Pratap Singh) at the reception did not bother to look into the issue, was very rude, shouted and said he can do nothing about it, told me to go back to the room and do early check out and washed his hands off. This is totally unacceptable behavior. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE AT ALL AS A WOMAN. Our hard-earned vacation was spoiled due to this terrible experience at Elet Prima. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
