In my last 64 reviews of hotels around the world,I have never ever penned a negative assessment, small issues remains with any kind of accommodation let it be five star or one star but the positives always outweighs the negatives...but what will you do about a hotel which denies you check in inspite of communicating with them on mail on atleast six occasions. They had even confirmed my airport drop the next day...On 19 May when I walked into the hotel for check in with my family and little daughter the hotel staff simply turned us back stating that Expedia has cancelled the reservation...later Expedia has confirmed that they had never done this...,infact the reservation was still showing active and after a communiques they are processing my refund. It's not the money but the mental trauma which a family travelling has to go through in such circumstances are beyond words...so my word of caution...beware.. if someone pays one dollar or euro more than what you have paid they will cancel your booking ...after all there's NO ethics with the management...we were personally aggrieved by the situation hence pouring my heart out..

Hotel room was very nice, staff was wonderful, Wilfried at the front desk was so nice. He explained the metro to us, and he also made sure he advised on how to keep safe while we were out touring in town . Hotel located, conveniently within walking distance to the metro. I would suggest learning how to use the metro as it will save you some money in taxi fees. This was our first time using the metro and we got around fairly easy once we understood how it worked

This was a charming hotel, right near the Eiffel Tower and the river. Room was off the courtyard, and was excellent. Linens and bed were some of the best ive had in a hotel. The service from Wilfred was wonderful. he made the hotel feel like home. They feature an on your honor open bar. Never seen that in any hotel. A wonder place to stay.

The location of this charming hotel was ideal with the Eiffel Tower just around the corner and access to public transport across the road. The rooms were small but clean. The staff, without exception, were charming and helpful. The receptionist commented ‘this is your home while you are here’ and it certainly felt like it.

Sweet little hotel within walking distance of the train, Eiffel Tower, cafes and pharmacy. Tiny, clean rooms, coffee and drink bar, breakfast available. But the staff is the shining star!! Wilfred and Jean Claude are welcoming, truly helpful and professional. They made our stay extra special with an upgrade to a suite. Just lovely!!! I heartily recommend this Paris gem!!!
