Not professional at all. Did an error with my reservation and wanted to postpone. The auditor did not want to hear anything. How could you take someone's money without delivering the service. I did not reclaim a reimbursement, just a postponment for a stayed that was already paid !!!

A good value Parisian three star in a good location. Pluses: good location in nice area, friendly staff/owners, value for money, good metro connections, good cleaning level. Minuses: no overhead fixed showers or in room safe, air con switched off around midnight, some areas being/needing a refresh.

Great location, friendly staff, walking distance from La Closerie des Lilas which is my husbands favorite place to hang out at night in Paris. Our room was small, but had a nice view to the street and around. I will definitely come back to this place!!

I have been a customer at the Danemark hotel for over 20 years. Obviously, because of Covid, I didn’t go during the last two years until Americans were allowed into France again. It was a great pleasure to reconnect. Jean, the owner, was there, with his permanent smile, making sure everything was according to my wishes. I love the Danemark hôtel for many objective reasons, though: - the location, between St Germain, Montparnasse and the Latin Quarter - the size of the hotel: 15 rooms, each tastefully decorated unlike any other - the price point - the cleanliness and freshness of the sheets and towels - hundreds of nearby restaurants fir every taste and every budget - dozens of entertainment places, bars, night clubs, movie theaters, fashion stores - easy access to CDG or Orly airports and the 3 south Parisian railway stations - the fact that you can rent a parking space in a nearby underground secured parking garage at a reasonable price.

Restaurant and mini stores are close by.. close to Metro. The hotel is clean, pillows and bed are comfortable. Washroom is big, the shower you have to sit down or take a bath from the tub.. its not a stand up shower...aircon is ok, the room is small but its ok. Enough for the couples.. price is worth it if you book it ahead of time.. for last minute booking, it doubled the price! The staff are friendly they help us confirm our reservation for the airport shuttle.
