Wonderful stay at digha ,this is second time I have visited this place,the coral is always my first choice and they didn't disappoint me at all, excellent staff,nice food,one more thing the wi fi speed is very good,I did my office work without any interruption.will recommended everyone.

My recent stay at Hotel Coral provided a comfortable experience overall, but there were a few areas that fell short of expectations. The ambiance and accommodations were pleasing, offering a welcoming atmosphere. However, the food service left much to be desired, as it struggled to meet customer demands effectively. Additionally, technical issues with certain amenities, such as malfunctioning air conditioners in some rooms, detracted from the otherwise positive experience. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's potential shines through, and with some improvements in service and maintenance, it could truly excel.

Extremely bad and horrible hotel, disgusting,very rude behaviour of mondal manager,rooms were dirty with bugs in bed,outside food noy allowed,we couldn't order anything after 10:30pm and we felt hungry and wanted to eat from outside because kitchen was closed they refused also at the time of check out they kept irritating us to check out guest is there and all,food also smelled bad, extremely horrible stay

I regret to report that my recent stay at The Coral Hotel from March 19th to March 20th was an absolute nightmare. I booked this hotel based on the amenities listed on MakeMyTrip and had high expectations, but my experience was far from satisfactory. The most alarming issue during my stay was the loss of my room key. Upon entering my room, I discovered that the key was missing. Given that the door lock is automatic, there are only two plausible scenarios: either the hotel staff misplaced the key upon my arrival or someone gained unauthorized access to my room and stole it. This incident raises serious concerns about the hotel's security measures and the integrity of its staff. To exacerbate the situation, the hotel's response to the lost key was utterly unacceptable and hostile. Instead of assisting me professionally, the staff resorted to shouting, insulting, and humiliating us. They attempted to threaten and intimidate us, even resorting to physical harassment. The situation escalated to the point where the police had to intervene and escort us out of the hotel. The staff had locked the gate and demanded an exorbitant Rs. 3000 for the replacement key before allowing us to leave. This experience was not only mentally traumatic but also physically threatening, given the aggressive and intimidating behavior of the hotel staff. Such treatment of a guest is absolutely unacceptable, and I am deeply concerned about the safety and well-being of future guests at this establishment. In addition to these serious security and customer service issues, I also noticed several discrepancies between the amenities advertised by the hotel and the actual services provided. The lack of transparency, misleading information, and hostile behavior of the staff have left me feeling utterly disgusted and betrayed. Overall, my stay at The Coral Hotel was a horrifying ordeal characterized by poor security, unprofessional and hostile staff, unfair charges, and blatant harassment. I strongly urge anyone considering booking a stay at this hotel to reconsider their decision. Furthermore, I will never trust MakeMyTrip's listings or recommendations again after this harrowing experience.
