Beautiful hotel in walking distance to centre of Paris and really good bakery for outdoor breakfast. The whole familie loved the stay and the good atmosphere. Calm, quiet and clean and perfect for a family of four. Very helpful and welcoming reception. Good service.

First time for me in Paris. Such an amazing place to stay, amazing location and friendly staff. Walkable to lovely stores, restaurants and shops. Very close to metro Thank you so much Mr. Enrico and your wife for your great hospitality. Enzo night front desk was very helpful and friendly too.

The staff of this hotel are unprofessional. I booked two rooms at this hotel for my family for the Olympics. The hotel contacted me in February to say that my credit card had expired and that I needed to send them updated card information to secure the rooms. I called and spoke to a lady who told me to send the information via email (clearly didn’t understand information security, but that’s another issue). I sent along that information. I called again and spoke to the same lady. Now, two months later, as I’m cross-checking our travel plans, they sent me an email saying cancellation was “automatic” if the credit card didn’t work the first time. I asked why then they’d asked for my credit card back in February, to which they had no explanation other than to ask me to rebook rooms on their website … no acknowledgement that they made a mistake and certainly no offer to help. This is poor management, which simply means you’re playing Russian roulette with your vacation if you’re booking here. Stay somewhere else. Life is too short to deal with mediocrity.

Well pillows are not very comfy. There is a Filipino supervisor Jonathan but rude and impolite. He doesn’t have the hotel industry main stuff smiley friendly and polite with guests he is unfriendly and bossy. The rooms are tidy and excellent entertainment affordable and excellent prices. It’s really worth especially if you take all inclusive . I highly recommend this hotel

Terrible booking and not honoring online bookings

Do not book this hotel. I had this hotel booked for a special trip to Paris via booking.com I received a message to say my credit card was not valid and my booking was cancelled. I messaged the hotel to sort 4 times with no response. I called them via phone from Australia, they were not interested in reviewing my reservation or organizing a payment. My credit card is very valid with sufficient funds to pay and has several other hotel bookings happily secured using this card. The hotel was obviously not interested in honoring the booking.com reservation and cancelled the reservation. Interestingly they are still advertising rooms available on numerous online booking sites for the exact room and period I had reserved. Do not book here, unless you want travel disruption and potentially no guaranteed reservation when you arrive. Terrible service.
