We thoroughly enjoyed our five night stay. The hotel had all of the Viennese charm that we were looking for. The staff was excellent and always answered our questions promptly. The hotel was beautiful and spotless. Great location as well. The room was extremely comfortable. We highly recommend this lovely hotel!

Absolutely stunning hotel within walking distance to the city and train station/ bus stops. The staff were incredible. Very helpful and accommodating. We speak very little German but most of the staff were bilingual so it was easy for us. The breakfast was absolutely incredible. It went on and on. Breads, fruits, condiments, hot food, cold food, a coffee machine, juices - just beautiful…and a great way to start the day. Room was large and very comfortable. We had booked an apartment outside the city but it was unsuitable so we decided to move to Hotel Am Konzerthaus - best decision ever. I loved the little note under the bed explaining that this area had been cleaned and checked for monsters! Just gorgeous.

Comfortable, luxury hotel in a convenient area of the city. Well equipped bedrooms, top class breakfast, very helpful staff. Ideally located for local transport and green areas. Would strongly recommend. You will not be disappointed by a stay at this modern hotel.

We stayed here over the Easter weekend, the hotel itself was just lovely, the room was a little bit small not it had everything we needed, we had the B&B option and the choice was amazing, the staff so friendly, the location was excellent, around 5 minutes walk to the city and all it had to offer, the only problem we had was the rooms were so hot, I didn’t ask if something could have been done to lower the temperature but was told it was unseasonably hot for the time of year and the aircon couldn’t be changed, we did have a couple of nights where we didn’t sleep that well due to the heat, overall it was a great hotel super clean, a bit vintage and contemporary, we have booked again for November to enjoy the Christmas markets

A very impressive hotel located in the middle of the city. The room is big, nice and very clean. Comfortable bed, complete amenities, clean bathroom with great water pressure and not to mention a good view to Vienna Konzerthaus. Hotel location is easy to reach by both taxi or public transport. The staffs are welcoming, nice and will make sure that your stay is comfortable, big thanks to Mr. Boris Braun as the Hotel General Manager for the warm welcome and also to the reception team for the smooth check in, check out and ensure our stay memorable. The Hotel also have a michelin star restaurant next to the lobby. Also being a member of Accor Plus also add more benefits to the stay
