Just returned from a long weekend with a group of friends and we all found the hotel clean, the staff pleasant and helpful and that it good value for money. Midway between 2 metro stops easy to get to with nearby bus stops and electric scooters. Good place to use as a base for visiting the city. Expect to pay more if you want to be nearer the centre but as the public transport options are good it’s not a problem to do a 10 minute walk to get there.

It was awful! If you don’t want to ruin your trip. Avoid!! This was the first time in my life to experience there was an at least 4,5 inches gap at the bottom of the room door. The corridor light was reflected into the room and the noise from the outside was unacceptable. Furthermore, the air conditioning was a toy. It only created noise but didn’t have airflow to come out. It was so hot and stuffy during the night. I hardly had a good night sleep during my stay. Their services were below standard. I asked for a bowl at reception but they said they hadn’t got one. I requested for a glass but they also said they didn’t have one. That was definitely not a four stars hotel standard. They didn’t change my towels for the first day. I had to chuck them into the sink to remind them to change them going onwards. They also forgot to give me new towels for a day and I had to ask the cleaning lady myself. The shower head was very dirty and the drain was blocked. Basically I was standing in the water while I was having a shower, that’s extremely uncomfortable. I stayed for 6 nights but they never changed the bedding and the water mark by the bedside table was still there when I left. The location wasn’t convenient at all. It’s on the top of the hill. Walked into centre at least 35-45 mins. That was the WROST experience I have ever had in my life.

The hotel location is great but that’s it. Overall service is below standard . Housekeeping throw my stuff even it was place on the table . Front desk staff are poorly train. Breakfast is not worth spending money . The hotel cleanses is questionable Will not repeat next time .

This hotel is well located, several bus stops nearby and restaurants are very close. Once inside the reception is nice and cozy but updated, with a self service amenity bar next to the desk. They offer breakfast which starts at 7:30 am. The room was nice and comfortable and the shower was perfect with nice water pressure.

The air conditioning didn't work. The refrigerator didn't work. We had to ask for more toilet paper 2 times in 3 days (very small rolls). The tub didn't drain fast enough so you are standing in water. The construction was supposed to be on the 2 floors above us but it was on our floor as well. It was noisy and when you flew all night and wanted to sleep it was very annoying. We won't return there.
