Hotel is in a good quiet location, has a fully equipped room i.e. fridge, iron, kettle etc and is only about 20 min walk to city centre. Breakfast was good but could have more choices however the best feature of the hotel is the staff themselves, from the check in, restaurant and bar staff all were smiling and very helpful. We would happily stay again.

An excellent venue. Rooms were a good size (2 No. twin rooms booked) and very clean. All lights, A/C, TV, fridge working). Staff were very helpful and friendly (especially Suzanne, who checked us out at the end of our stay). Breakfast buffet was very good and very reasonably priced. The location was good for sight seeing and although there was a bus route which passed by the hotel, the nearest U-barn line stations were a 10 minute walk away. I would definitely stay there again.

Very tidy , good breakfast and comfy room. Bathroom was spacious. Amenities adequate but could improve a little. Handy the hotel learnt me an adaptor for my computer. Gym is basic with an old treadmill but again it works. The hotel is 10-15 minutes to Opera house walking so convenient given the price. Good restaurant recommendations and the front desk appears well run with knowledgeably people. Close to train about $12 Euro fare. Well worth staying

I’m so happy we chose this hotel for our first family getaway; the entire staff is so sweet & helpful, providing us with the best possible solutions for our enquiries regarding transportation. The room was clean & tidy (till the kids would mess it up :P The food (breakfast & dinner) was delicious! The hotel is located at a convenient location, with underground, bus stops, trams & access to Vienna Pass transportation 5 -10 mins walk

This hotel is a hidden gem in Vienna. Perfectly located, close to restaurants and a metro station, comfortable rooms, clean and quiet, it was a great choice for my first visit to Vienna. Also, the staff was helpful and friendly. Saludos a Elizabeth, de la recepción. Will definitely return.
