I have experienced the worst representation of IHG hotel group in Holiday Inn Delhi Airport. No IHG member flag was placed at the front office. The moment I walked into the hotel, there was extremely loud music in the lobby which made it so difficult to communicate with the members of the front office. I had to shout in order to make the payment. It was as if I was in a pub. When I met the duty manager, Mr Gourav Singh, he mentioned that there is a festival going on. Among all the international hotels that I have stayed, this is the most unprofessional answer from the management team. If there is a festival involving loud music, it should be done in the dedicated lounge / bar. When I went for dinner in the lobby, I ordered watermelon juice which was told to be chargeable. This was not mentioned in the dinner package at all. There is no such thing as chargeable juice in other IHG hotel groups if the guest has taken the dinner package with the room. Pizza and naan menus were not included in the dinner buffet until I had to find out for myself when I saw another guest order them. Why wasn’t I offered? Is this the treatment provided to a loyal IHG member? When I asked the waitress, she mentioned I will need to ask for it. How do I know if theres no menu in the first place? Answers were insensible and immature. The worst part is when the duty manager refused to provide the email address of the general manager, claiming that they would resolve the issue. There was no resolution of any problems, but rather just them explaining things, which resulted in no outcome against all. As a frequent traveller, I always speak to the GM for feedback. I was denied to speak to the GM and this is a completely unacceptable, unprofessional and incompetent way of managing guests feedback. There is lack of hospitality and I have lost my confidence in Holiday Inn. I do not recommend Holiday Inn Delhi Airport at all.

We stayed at Holiday Inn for only one night. We had a very long and tiresome flight and we were really exhausted when we reached the hotel. The hotel gave us early checked in and the rooms were very well kept and cleaned. We had a good quality of sleep. We will come back again to Holiday Inn again.

The stay was very good and relaxing. I enjoyed throughout the stay with my family. The rooms were bigger than we thought and the food is very good as well. The hotel area are very clean and hygienic. My kids enjoyed the pool areas and my wife really liked the spa. Thank you.

I'm a frequent guest atHoliday Inn and everytime I stay in this hotel, the team never fails to make my stay worth it. The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious and the hotel area are very clean and well maintained as well. The restaurant has a very good food with various options. In my opinion Holiday Inn is the best hotel with professional staff.
