Great, newer hotel. Very clean. Extensive breakfast spread. Friendly staff, who went out of their way when I called down about some unruly kids from a LAX team staying there. We slept great. Room temp was easily controlled and HVAC system wasn't too noisy.

Hotel was clean, breakfast plentiful. But most importantly, staff was helpful and kind when there was a payment snafu with my credit card. They made a stressful situation so much easier! Hotel was easy to access from the highway and we would def stay again.

3rd stay here, location is close to deleware park, the mall etc... A nice clean hotel, roomy with amenities. Fridge with complimentary water , microwave in room w Keurig. Typical breakfast options... Only issue was previous guest left a sanitary strip from a swim suit stuck to the chair, which I guess the housekeeping staff didn't see... ewww... Its probably still there... lol But they probably didn't notice it. Bed was comfy, pillows were comfy. Will be back.

I wish we had reason to stay longer than one night, but we were passing through. The hotel looks like it might have been updated recently -- everything looked fresh, not at all worn. Everything was clean, the beds and pillows were quite comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty extensive (as "included" breakfasts go)... scrambled eggs, egg white & vegetable omelets, fresh cooked pancakes, turkey or pork sausage, as well as the usual cereal, muffins, bagels, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee. Didn't have a chance to use the pool or the exercise room, but they certainly looked adequate. Also, every staff member we encountered -- front desk, housekeeping, maintenance -- was pleasant and polite. Highly recommended!

The customer service was horrible. They gave us another person’s room!! At 10:00 at night they realized their mistake and then said we did not have a reservation. We had confirmation numbers and emails with our reservation. The problem was with their front desk and their computer system. The hotel manager never called us back. IGH told us to call the hotel to complain. Basically, we got the run around. Don’t stay here. They are unprofessional and not helpful.
