Location wise it’s very good. You can go anywhere from here and it’s a massive advantage. The rooms are average and more practical for one or two people for maximum comfort and usage. The restaurant at the hotel is not a cheap option whether for breakfast or dinner. But overall if you’re looking for a place in the centre of Warsaw for a few days it’s a good alternative.

Cum stains on the mirror in our room, toilet paper was dirty, hair in the tub and whole apartment smelled like cigarettes and it was impossible to stay in the room without being dizzy. We reported the smell to the reception and they said they can’t do anything about it. Worst place I’ve ever stayed, stay away.

One of the better hotels I stayed in on my Baltics tour. Great location, spotlessly clean and friendly staff. I didn't eat there but heard the food was very good. Overall I would recommend...turn right out of the hotel for delicious pizza 100M away.

We arrived here from Berlin via train. Our guide led us from the train station to taking the tram and this hotel was about a five minute walk from our tram stop. The dining area is on the right of the reception. The reception staff was very quick and prompt to hand us our keys when we checked in. There is also a décor of plants that were silky (fake) in the reception area. Some of us stayed on the third floor and some on the fourth. On the fourth floor, our group complained of the smell. The place is also aged and need a face lift. No AC system and you just open the window! It is hard to do on a summer night when it gets dark at 11 pm. There are two tiny elevators but taking the stairs to the third floor was faster. They served a very basic breakfast with slices of ham, cheese, yogurt, tomato slices, sausage and some uncut fresh fruits and bottled juice! Ugh! There is a coffee machine that dispenses half a cup portion. You have to press the button twice to get a full cup. It’s funny as back home in the US, we are so used to everything supersized. We arrived on a Sunday and the town was quiet. There is a major shopping center about five minute walk. That came in handy. After check in, we did a walking tour, ate dinner and walked back to hotel, about 15 minutes. The buses were running full so we decided to walk. But it is still a walkable distance to old town.

Stayed here as part of a group tour. I doubt this place has been refurbished since 1995, the first thing that struck me when I walked into room 411 was the musty smell, bathroom absolutely stunk, and theres no air con or fans, so the room was incredibly hot. You can hear everything from people flushing their toilets, walking in the halls, slamming doors, people talking. There is no insulation in this place, and the noise reminates around the courtyard. Decided to stay in a IBIS chain hotel which was much better value for money 10 minutes down the road for the same price. My friend who I was travelling with was pretty much chased out of the hotel for wanting to take an apple and a banana with her for the day. Its nothing special and don't venture out of the (s)hit hotel after dark as it is in a dodgy area.
