Nice business hotel in the heart of Vienna, literally two steps away from the main station. Lots of shops around and a 20 min walk from the historic city center. Very nice facilities (restaurant, bar, gym) and overall nice rooms. The staff is however not equipped to deal with anything but the most simple of requests and overall not really friendly or organized. My room was located at the end of a long hallway and there was something wrong with the ventilation system as a loud whirring noise could be heard at all times, even with the AC switched off. I made this issue known to the concierge but nothing was done to solve it during my four night stay. I received a card charge for an extra night stay and one month after my visit still no receipt has been sent to me (despite me asking about it upon check out and being assured it would and requesting it via email multiple times after).

Very nice and comfortable hotel, best location for short stay in Vienna. The park and city center just nearby. Very nice hotel breakfast probably the best I ever experienced in the hotels. The staff very friendly and provided service above expectations even upgraded our room for an executive one for free 😍

Decent Hotel, Lacking Bar Service

Overall a decent hotel in a decent area of Vienna. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable (as would be expected of any Hilton in Europe). The in-house bar, Selleny's, has decent decor and music, but is lacking in service. Bar and wait staff appear to avoid eye contact and, generally speaking, just don't look happy to be there. Cheer up guys! 😊

Nice hotel but a bad experience

This review will contain both good and bad. Good: The hotel was excellent - very beautiful and in a great location . I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. In particular I would like to commend three of your employees. Both Jakob and Veronika in the Executive Club Room went out of their way to do everything possible to make our stay a pleasant one. Even though they were very busy, they still took the time to answer our questions in detail and provide us information about the City. They are a great asset to your hotel staff. Mehring at the front desk was also very professional and she could not do enough to assist us – again, what a great employee. Our room was excellent (room 1317) and everything looked brand new – could not have been better. The breakfast buffet was excellent which a large choice of dishes to make everyone happy. The location was walking distance to restaurants, city center, and there is a mall across the street. Bad: We had the Executive Club level. I have to say, the food that was served was the most horrible we have ever had. The first night “chicken” was served. I tasted it and it was bad. My wife comes back and tells us it is Vegan Chicken – that is what is written on the card. I learn we are being fed Vegan fake meat (which is lab grown meat) if you can believe that. Needless to say, it gets thrown away and the rest of the dishes are just as bad. Actually, everyone else in the room is complaining also. The next two nights was just as bad, something I have never seen at a Hilton. On the fourth night apparently the complaints were heard and the Chef put out some real food. If the Chef wants to do Vegan food experiments, next time don’t do it on the guests who are paying top dollar for the Club Room.

We had an amazing stay, the hotel location is perfect and in general everything was fantastic. I would like to specially thank Valerie in the front desk, she was really fast and professional with the check in. Would love to come back in the near future.
