Gayathry made my stay lovely. There was confusion with links and payments and bookings in the area but Gayathry stayed with me and helped smooth everything over. She is a wonderful, beautiful asset to this hotel and is an expert in guest services. Her passions and expertise include yoga, instruction and she thrives as a meditation expert. I would not have survived without her expertise and guidance in all areas of communication for my stay. Thank you so much! I will never forget you and all that you did for me!!

Excellent stay for thekkady first time in Kerala.Two days stay in hills and hues the resort is fantastic…staff also very friendly and good communication..The food also excellent all meal verity and good taste and chef Ram all meal meet all guest and service also very nice senthil special thanks and jiss ,Athira,sajeev thanks come again…In india u get vibes of greece…

Perfect hotel in Thekkady.... Amazing staff Dhanya, Indu Seeraj Arun Jobin Sreerag Aji Ramar and everyone.... The food is amazing and reasonable.... The pool is awesome... One night is not enough for a family book for 3 nights atleast.... Will come back here again....
