I love this hotel, the location, the rooms. Special thanks to the staff: they are always super nice, super helpful!! I always choose this hotel when I go to Barcelone...which is quite often, and I am never disapointed! Looking forward to go back again soon!

Im so disappointed with the hotels in Barcelona… u pay for a 4 stars and which services do u get? Theres no bellman, no room service, no mini bar, no amenities in the room… even the restaurant was under renovation and no other temporary option! And if u order from outside, u need to go to the reception to take it.. also the bathroom was smelly and the heater noisy. The baby crib was old and dirty. On top of everything, the housekeeper opened the room when we were napping even though the DND sign was hanging on the door… I arrived late night with so many luggage, my baby and the stroller and one staff was outdoor, saw me and left inside without offering help… the only one who helped was the taxi driver!! The room was very spacious, the biggest room I had in Barcelona. The location is perfect. They had some water and sweets near the reception. I also really liked the breakfast staff and the fact that they wrote what had pork in the buffet (im muslim). Really appreciated this. The ladies at the reception were also very nice

With the price of this hotel, they could have ice, soft drink vending, or soft drinks available in a shop till late, and a TV set up with channels rather than forcing guests to use Chromecast, which not everybody understands or has available. Most importantly, we asked for the reservation to be shortened by one day, and they refused to do it because we had paid a three-day bargain rate and implied that they might’ve done it had there not been a big convention in town. Which tells me that they would be easily able to sell the room we vacated early, thereby making double money on it. The location on Av. Diagonal is good, near shopping and likely near locations business people would want.

The hotel is Well located and nicely furnished. We did not use the bar/restaurant. Unfortunately it is Very noisy, outside and Inside and it is nearly impossible to sleep. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Around 25 minutes from airport with a taxi

We had a great stay. Friendly staff on arrival, suite was very spacious and clean. Great location and good views. The only thing which could be improved is the buffet breakfast. Every morning the scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon etc were stone cold. There does appear to be a hot plate and food has lids, however it's not warm at all. I would suggest a manager tries the food themselves, otherwise a really good stay.
